Nice quiet hotel located in good spot outside the business of waikiki with great river views worth the upgrade to mountain views. Quiet guests and you have everything you need. Very clean and staff were always helpful when asked.

Our room condition was average. A key concern was noise. Because the windows are single glazed with opening window slats, there was almost zero sound insulation. The hotel is in a busy area so the room was very noisy at night.

Friendly staff, good location near centre of Waikiki and the beach. Good laundry facilities, free water filling facility in the foyer.

The “City view” room equals looking at another apartment block, which was so close you could not keep the curtains open at all times. See attached picture of the “view”. Had I known this, I would’ve upgraded my room to Mountain View. Note, the photo of this room type in the booking site is incorrect, showing different view.

The staff was not that kind we were used until then in the US. The parking costs 40$ per night, they know there are not many public options, so they can charge high...

Its near to the beach (10min walk) and near to shops and stuff in waikiki (5min walk). The Room was very big and nice, but i'm not sure if they randomly upgradet us, because we booked a normal room. There is free water and coffee available in the lobby, you can also get free towels if you need. The pool is very small, to be fair we didn't use it at all, so we cant say any more about it. For a trip to oahu a very solid and good hotel!

There was no breakfast in hotel. it is many restaurant around but still would be good to have breakfast in. Unfortunately windows were leaky so when we had really windy time it was very noisy.

There is not a coffee maker in the room. There is a kettle and instant coffee. To get coffee you have to go to the lobby. It says there is coffee 24 hours, but it was often empty. The rooms need updated lighting. It’s very dark and a bit outdated.

The staff is excellent!!! They are friendly and so very helpful. The rooms were very clean and roomy. There are laundry facilities on the premises. The location is excellent.. 12 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Having a balcony overlooking the coconut palm-lined canal and hills in the background was very nice. Fridge, cutlery, cups, glasses and plates were provided.

About 10-15 minutes walk from the beach.

Staff was super friendly. Room was great, loved the shower and the little kitchen (microwave, sink, fridge, kettle). Accessible to center of town. Nice little heated pool and gym.

Coffee machine in the hotel foyer was not working the whole time we were their, but there was alternate option with instant coffee.

We liked that the room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced everyday. The staff were friendly and attentive to our requests. The location was good and a short walk to the major attractions. The view from the balcony was amazing, just what were were hoping for. Due to an emergency we had to checkout earlier than planned and the hotel only charged us for the amount of nights we stayed.

Staff could have been more knowledgeable on public transport. Asked which bus to catch to Pearl Harbour and just given a brochure to work it out for ourselves.

Maybe a tea towel in our room, as we had to use a hand towel for dishes - but that was only a minor inconvenience.

We had an unexpected free up-grade to a large room with two bathrooms. The staff were excellent - couldn't be more helpful. The hotel was close to transport and the beach. Endless free coffee and tea in the lobby plus a kitchenette in our room. We would definitely stay here again.
