To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomShower curtain was thin and clings to you while showering. A shower door would be a more modern option. The toilet mechanism broke while we were there but they fixed it while we were out which was good.
Comfy bed, good location. Short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. Convenient parking in a multi-storey just round the corner and plenty of amenities.

basic room , interior rooms are quiet and price is right but no view lobby staff are efficient and helpful - glad that they at least answer their phone, there was a street fair going on outside the door and had i not had their instructions on how to access the street in front of the hotel i would have been in a PANIC., they thoughtfully made a map in BIG letters showing where the street closures were and how to get to the parking.

IrelandThe layout of the building means narrow hallways and having to wander around three sides of the building to get to some of the rooms. The wheelchair accessible room didn't have an accessible shower, no place to sit and no way to roll into the shower. Finally, something I can't hold against the hotel, is the fact that the financial district closes for the weekend. There were more than a few restaurants that were simply closed for the weekend. Even the local Starbucks.
A well located hotel, just around the corner from every type of transport you could want. The room was incredibly clean and a comfortable place to be. The staff was amazing and Liz was kind enough to waive the early check in fee when we arrived before the normal check in time.

We could check-in promptly, and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the Financial district, with the Big-Bus stop being just opposite, which is really helpful for tourists to visit the city at their leisure. Although it does not have a restaurant on-site, Fish & Farm is located in the adjacent building, with a Subway just round the corner. Room was clean, linen crisp and provision for filling water bottles at filling stations (located on each floor) cost was definitely great. Check-out was fast and super efficient.

United KingdomCould be doing with a fridge in the room, just personal preference. Alternatively there was cold water offered on most floors, as well as in the living room off the lobby.
Great location, the building was clean and the staff were lovely. You could interact as much or as little as you'd like with the option to arrange house keeping etc via text message as well as by lifting the phone. It was a great base for our stay exploring the city, and I would definitely recommend it to friends. The water pressure in the shower was perfect.

The Room with the kitchenette is very spacious. It was clean and with a beautiful view. Ask for an external room looking at the street. We got an internal one and the view was a wall, no possibility to open the window and the carpet was stinking, we asked to change the room.
