The mattress and pillows were hard. The room was very unattractive. The remote control didn't work properly. The door was very heavy and hard to open and close. I didn't feel safe. Not enough electrical outlets. No USB charging ports. The bedside lamp wasn't plugged it. I couldn't reach the outlet. Carpet was stained.

The price was very budget friendly. The room was clean.

toilet had a leak and ran on and on to fill the tank. I knew to simply turn off the valve, but that seems like something I should not have to do. The walls were thin. I could hear the tv next door. thankfully they went to bed and turned off their tv by 11.

the ice machine had to lock on it. For the money we paid for it it was clean but there was nothing really great about it or not great about it it was very run down you could tell that maintenance on the building wasn't a major priority. Due to our car breaking down we ended up spending a week there was never offered to discount or anything most of the time there wasn't anybody at the front desk. When we applied online it said check-in was at 2:00 when we got there there was a sign that said check-in was at 3:00 so we ended up sitting across the street for 2 hours.

Bed spread had blood stains on under side. No where to take my dog for her potty time. Questionable guest activity. Did not get a safe feeling when outside. General maintenance and property care is lacking. Homeless camp behind the property. Was not informed of 20.00 pet fee until check-in

It was very loud. The management were arguing with a man outside for quite some time. Woke me up and my wife whom we both work very long hours. There argument went on to threats in court and ext. Very unprofessional and very disturbing.

Sketchy neighborhood, very old and outdated. unable to use closet, it was blocked by the bed. Really tight parking. For a few dollars more could get more comfort.

Convenient location, decent price and for extra fee they will take pets. They did have the refrigerator, microwave and coffee in the room.

The facility was really beat up. Paint was universally dirty or chipped. Our smoke detector in the room was broken.
