We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe mattress and pillows were hard. The room was very unattractive. The remote control didn't work properly. The door was very heavy and hard to open and close. I didn't feel safe. Not enough electrical outlets. No USB charging ports. The bedside lamp wasn't plugged it. I couldn't reach the outlet. Carpet was stained.
The price was very budget friendly. The room was clean.

United States of Americatoilet had a leak and ran on and on to fill the tank. I knew to simply turn off the valve, but that seems like something I should not have to do. The walls were thin. I could hear the tv next door. thankfully they went to bed and turned off their tv by 11.

For the money we paid for it it was clean but there was nothing really great about it or not great about it it was very run down you could tell that maintenance on the building wasn't a major priority. Due to our car breaking down we ended up spending a week there was never offered to discount or anything most of the time there wasn't anybody at the front desk. When we applied online it said check-in was at 2:00 when we got there there was a sign that said check-in was at 3:00 so we ended up sitting across the street for 2 hours.
