The TVs are a pain in the butt. Great that there is one in every room. But getting signed in with all the apps is ridiculous. They are all different. Spent over an hour of my short vacay talking with rep to get only one of them working. She was great s d tried her best. Beach chairs are also a ridiculous price and not enough chairs at the pool.

The location is excellent. The decor was beautiful and beachy. Top floor! Tiki bar had great drinks. Great sunset views.

I was not happy to find out that almost all the rooms have 2 to 4 beach chairs free each day and mine did not! I will choose a different room next visit or choose another location that does offer free beach chairs. It cost me $264.00 to rent the chairs that I did not expect to pay for room 2304 West.

I wish this apartment came with assigned beach lounge chairs.

This apartment is the nicest I've stayed in. It's very spacious, clean and in a great location. I will definitely stay here again!

Parking pass was emailed rather than left in the unit as described. This made it difficult to leave a copy on the dashboard. Yes, it was emailed prior to arrival but there were so many emails I didn’t read them all.

I don’t have any complaints about the property, but it is quite a journey from the parking garage to the 23rd floor.

The property was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! There were plenty linens/ pillows and the appliances were very nice, including the front loading washer and dryer. The view was amazing and the property was very quiet and well kept.

Didn't like that there were only 1 roll of Tp for a 4 night stay. Didn't like that there were no paper towels and only 1 wash cloth and hand towel for the kitchen and that there was nothing to help scrub the pans thoroughly. Only 2 pods for dishwasher. And that there were not anything use for laundry. I think for each night of stay, there should be that many pods for laundry and dishwasher. And 1 set of soap and washing hair is not enough for 4 nights. The pillows in the primary bedroom are not comfortable at all. But these were small things and would have been more convenient/efficient. We just bought what we needed. But it would have been nice not to have to. The loved the place and would come again

Location, view and overall layout of the entire unit! It is a beautiful place. It is tastefully decorated! We loved that we could walk to almost every thing we did. Walmart is a short walk. Restaurants and shops are too. It truly is a beautiful place. The communication with the host was fantastic. They responded very quickly and made things very easy. We appreciate that.

Everyone checking in at 4 pm made for a congested mess. Spent almost an hour looking for cart and waited about 10 minutes for elecator. If you are genuinelyooking to improve experience maybe consider staggered check in check out times. Find a way to reduce the 6 hour gap between check in and check out which is a but much

The ice maker did not work and they kept canceling the appt to come by to fix it. The cable didn’t work in the master and the cable In the other rooms didn’t have many choices of channels. No ESPN nor any regular channels. Upon arrival it was difficult to get into the garage/parking deck without a barcode. The barcode has to be registered for and is a fee of $20 that was not disclosed beforehand. Other than that the management company and condo were great.
