We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThe fact I booked it for free shuttles to Disney and the lady on front desk said there wasn’t any. I paid $80 in Ubers and found out on last day. You did in fact offer shuttles. I am livid. I reason why I booked with you was due to this. When I addressed it again.. it was like the staff wasn’t bothered.

United States of AmericaI felt the layout of the room was awkward. I didn’t like the idea of the sink not inside the bathroom. You’ld have to come out of the bathroom to wash your hands which was odd to me.
It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Breakfast was good and they had really friendly staff. They had water fountains in the fitness room which saved us a lot of money in buying water throughout our stay

United States of AmericaBreakfast could have been better. Served same food everyday. But the coffee was hot, breakfast seating area was spotless and staff cleaned tables immediately so there wasn't any issue in finding seating.
Cleanliness of hotel and room was exceptional. Very updated. Lighting in the bathroom was great you could actually see to put your makeup on. Rooms were quiet.

From the time I was checking in I felt like I was home, I was very well received and all my requests were satisfied in a timely manner, the complimentary breakfast was worthy of a two thumbs up. Especially for someone travelling with children , it was the pick me up we needed, very friendly, professional staff, keep up the good work , you have all represented yourselves very well and uplifted the value of the brand.
