The master bathroom smelled awful like somebody had a cat litter box in there. The other bathroom had mold all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Dishwasher did not work properly and the coffee pot had not been cleaned since the last visitors. Cleaning was just not up to par. Husband and I were charged different prices for same drink at the bar on different nights so that was odd.

Right on the ocean, pool is heated and the elevator were fast. Not crowded at all. Gentlemen at night helped us get cornhole bags and games for kiddos to play so that was fun.

Kitchen needs an update. Inside oven was filthy dirty. I pressed a clean oven buttom so the oven would clean itself. Frying pans were in terrible condition. Brought this up to the owner. He asked us to purchase new ones. He did reimburse me. Garbage disposal , living room TV did not work. The number for someone to come and take a look was outdated. Sent owner a message with no response. Asked if my daughter could have a late checkout at noon. He said yes..The door code changes at 10am. Good thing she didn't leave the condo. Kitchen utensils were lacking. Not very well stocked. Dishwasher soap dispenser didn't open so dishes were being washed with no soap plus dishwasher had mold in it. TheI Owner was contacted .No reply. Condo is 1407 Sterling Breeze With some work and updated appliances this could be a really nice vacation spot. We won't be back..

The condo itself wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be, the fridge was dirty and the shower could have been scrubbed because there was black mold in it, but overall honestly it was great. We enjoyed it!

When I arrived, parking was $50!!! I have never paid so much for parking anywhere I have been. This might have been ok if I had been there for a week, but I was only there one night. I think it should be prorated for those short stays. I did not know about this ahead of time.

The place was wonderful and roomy! Plenty of room for 8 of us! It is right on the beach and has a great pool and tiki bar w food. Walking distance to Pier park where there is food, shopping and entertainment.

The unit had a run off right in front of the balcony that effected the tranquility a bit for us. The unit was not cleaned well. A lot of mold in the shower grout, the floors were not clean at all. There were crumbs and like salsa droppings on the floor around the sink area, partial cookies behind the door in the master bedroom, a makeup remover packet wrapper under the bed, unvacuumed rug in the living room.

The location was good. In walking distance to Pier Park The unit was decorated nicely. The unit was large and master bath was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

1. Sharing our room with strangers!!!!!! I rented room 1407 because the reviews stated it had a third room. The third room has been converted into studio suite 1407A but the door to the 3rd room was locked. There was very heated and harsh bickering back and forth through the locked door due to noise from my grandchildren. Note: That's the only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star rating. 2. There is only one hose and area to wash sand off when leaving the beach.

When I first arrived the first thing I done was swept the walking area it was nasty hasn’t been swept, everything was beyond dusty, the furniture is worn out not comfortable at all, patio couch was broke, tv in master looked like it was going to fall off the wall.No relaxing in this unit! The showers had mold buildup and the bed in master was very stained when removed linings before leaving. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit. Not sure why they even charge a cleaning fee because they’re not doing their job and it’s sad because it a beautiful resort.

I really loved the location of the property and the size of the unit. It was walking distance to Pier Park.

AC had to be reset every time a door was opened. Wiring for cable TV was hooked up to the wrong connection. Unable to pull in channels. The kitchen stove was filthy. It had food spillage running down the front. Towels and washcloths had a funny spell. Went to wash clothes, and the washer had mold build-up on the rubber gasket. I called for service, and no one showed up the entire week to clean/repair it. I finally ran a 4-hour self-cleaning cycle and added bleach. Watching the cycles clean, it was disgusting to see all the large chunks of mold being tossed around inside. It probably needs to be run on another self-cleaning cycle to ensure it's totally clean. I did not have time to do this as we were leaving the next day. I did wash some towels, and they smelled 100% fresher. Stripped the linens off the beds the morning of departure. The pillows were pretty soiled, and so were the mattresses. I would suggest using a plastic mattress protector followed by a quilted one for comfort and sanitary purposes. Same thing for pillows (they really need replacing). I really would like to point out that the condo and furnishings were very nice. The grounds of the condo were lovely and well kept. I do believe the lack of cleanliness in Unit 1407 needs much improvement.

Condo was a generous size, and I liked the layout and balcony. Nicely decorated. If the maintenance items I mentioned are addressed, then yes, I would stay there again and hopefully relax next time.

An elevator went out half way through our stay and made it a nightmare to go anywhere bc we were on the 14th floor. The elevator will be dowm for months per the lobby staff. The condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. My 4 yr old found a used condom wrapper within minutes of our arrival, the carpet in the guest room is horrible, there was lots of dust on the lamp shades & wall decor. The grill has not been cleaned in no telling how long so this interfered with our dinner plans for a couple of the nights. The washer and dishwasher have mold in them as well as the shower grout and under the rim of the sinks and toilets. I messaged about my concerns to receive no response so that's disappointing.

The staff at Sterling Breeze are really nice! We especially liked how personable one of the security guards were. The lobby, walk way, garage and pool area and the bathroom by the pool were all very clean! The beds are comfortable and the condo is decorated nicely. There was lots of extra beach toys, which the kids loved! I'd love to stay here again once the cleanliness of the condo is addressed.
