I had a hotel room that had a door to the neighbor's room and could hear the neighbor's TV and their conversations. I really didn't like that.

I did get a nice view and the hotel had all amenities I needed especially a convenient shuttle to the strip. I loved having a kitchen and supplied popcorn to pop.

I was really happy with my stay at the Bluegreen Vacations Club 36. I felt the room/apt was nicely presented, bed was cpmfy, staff were nice, there is a subway and large comvenience store a 2 min walk away, and maybe a pizza place.

The shuttle bus ended too early at night.

Near the strip. Very reasonably priced. My room was nice and big. Nice bagel place beside it. Gym and pool. Everything was good.

Perhaps consider lowering the output of the lobby atomizer. I'm sure its used for a reason but maybe less is more.

The room was comfortable and the amenities were more than we needed for a 2 night stay. Even though the Club is located right near the airport, we never heard a plane flying overhead. We were originally assigned to a room that required a short amount of walking, but after the associate heard that my husband has physical issues, she moved us to a room very close to the lobby. We heard voices as people walked by (no different from any other hotel) but never heard the lobby traffic. We were attending an event at T-Mobile Arena so this location was perfect.

1 Bedroom didn't have an oven. The Vegas view was great, other than the lot adjacent to the property being only sand and rocks, over which Blue/Green has no authority.

Have stayed in may facilities of this type - some as Blue/Green others larger for the same type, square footage room type. Bed was comfortable even for my husband with a bad back. No true complaints with the facility. Am a local resident and would consider Blue/Green again when doing strip activities and not wanting to ride back and forth home every evening. Definitely would consider recommending Blue/Green to people looking for a more home like atmosphere during their LV stay. Another plus is the no daily parking fee which would allow for another day's say if staying at Blue/Green.

No complaints at all

The property is clean, staff is friendly, it had everything that I needed for my stay, I have no complaints whatsoever, walking distance to the strip, wished if I had more time to stay. I would say here again when I visit Las Vegas. Looks just like the photos.

The villa was nice and comfortable. I recommend it if you want a studio feel. There are two bathrooms so two people can get ready at the same time. The shuttle takes you to and from the strip daily. There are also restaurants and convenient stores on the property if you just want to chill for the day.

Room felt slightly cold at times despite adjusting thermostat, but otherwise no issue.

Great location on the strip with a shuttle to the monorail stop. Room was very spacious with great amenities, comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and there were onsite facilities including a shop and restaurants.

The "hotel tour" is in my opinion a waste of time since they only want you to invest but you are not obliged to take it!

We loved everything! The room was great! It was comfy and even had a washer and dryer!

The swimming pool was too cold to be usable, and our room smelled of fish.

The suites were large and comfortable. The price was lower than other properties in the area.
