The Resort Fee + Taxes kind of surprised us and was not clearly communicated. This should be collected by booking in future as part of the initial payment and not as a surprise when checking out!

They had a glitch and check in was over 2 hours! We were exhausted! The staff was wonderful and upgraded our room and gave us credits but our room was not clean. It was a beautiful room but had items left in it.

I didn't like that the check in staff were...not rude, just looked down their nose at us. No, we do not have buckets of money, but we work hard for what we have. They acted like we were beneath them. I did not appreciate that at all. Of, course that could've just been the faces of the women who I spoke with.

The towels were scratchy, there was no free water in the room, and we were told that late check out wasn’t possible.

Drink prices are a bit punchy, but seems to be in-keeping with other places in Vegas.

The Bellagio is an iconic hotel, and it lived up to our expectations. We had refurbed rooms that were a good size, nice bathrooms although we were on a low floor so views weren't much. The facilities are great, gambling good, pool good, food good, etc. Highly recommend the Pinky Ring, great little club.

Was surprised to be charged 24 dollars for a bottle of water outside the mini bar . Was sure it was complementary . It should be noted clearly that it is not complementary. I ended paying a lot of money for water !!!

Great hotel - though huge ofcourse and a bit overwhelming. Beds were extremely comfortable, all was clean . Loved it .

Shower did not work had to call for repair. No coffee in room. Vending machine with warm soda. Min $125 for room service plus fees. Food poolside was mediocre. These parts are not 5 star

We had an issue with our tub stopper not working properly. One of the housekeepers said they would let engineering know but no one ever came to fix it.

Didn’t feel welcome in the pool area, I think the staff thought we weren’t staying there.

Excellent location in the middle of the strip, comfortable bed, very helpful with a free mini fridge for my insulin.

We didn’t feel like we had the personal service from staying in one of the best hotels in the world. The desk staff were quite dismissive, impatient and cold, and didn’t make us feel like valued guests at all. The mini bar was an absolute joke cost wise and there was only a small space to put personal items in the fridge. Bottled cold water was $25 per bottle!!! There was also no kettle or facility to make coffee in the room, everything had to be paid for, I needed to sterilise something so had to explain that in order to get a kettle. Otherwise it costs $12 (plus tip) for a little hot water. Which again, is a joke. We payed more than enough to stay there, the least they could do is include a few items from the mini bar and allow access to free hot and cold water and coffee.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool was lovely and staff by the pool were friendly and attentive. The valet and bell desk staff were fantastic, and do helpful. The location of the Bellagio is perfect, slap bang in the middle of the strip and is an iconic place to stay in Vegas, all in all we had an amazing time!

Maintenance work near my room at 7am Previous guest's food in the minibar fridge TV and Movies on Demand not available during busy times The room type I booked was not available at check in. The replacement was acceptable.

No tea or coffee facilities in room - cheap! Scarce shade options around pool unless you pony up to reserve premium pool facilities. As first timers in Vegas we weren’t quite prepared for how impersonal these giant resort hotels are.

Great location. Large and reasonably comfy bed. Extensive pool area. Extremely welcoming and helpful check-in staff.
