We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location. Close to Disneyland. Nice pathways and gardens walking to Downtown Disney. An older hotel but comfortable. Room to fit suitcases and be able to move around room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fairly quiet. Curtains blocked out the light.

AustraliaThe wifi didn’t work in the room at all. The room furnishings were dated and tired- looking brown bed covers. Towels were worn out and didn’t seem to be properly laundered. No coffee machine was provided in the room. There was free brewed coffee in the foyer but that was not very convenient.
The location was close to Disneyland, walking distance to downtown Disney.

United States of AmericaOlder property could be upgraded but fair price for what we got. For the price we paid, Breakfast would have been nice. We got a hot breakfast sandwich at Earl of Sandwich for $5.99 instead.
Easy walk to Disney through Disney’s Grand Californian into Downtown Disney and on to the parks. $15 parking if you arrive before check-in or depart after checkout. Manager/owner was helpful.

United States of AmericaThe room looked to be in rough shape, door corners chewed up, that sort of thing and i felt like we were on the literal ground, But the room was clean and the motel was quiet so I really don't have too many complaints. A lot of motels in that area are old and need updating.
The staff was nice, check in was easy, and my room request was granted easily. And I actually got a great night sleep the bed was super comfy. The room was pretty run down, but it was clean and quiet and that's what I care about most. the value was good, and they are only a few mins walk from downtown disney. I'd probably stay here again.

IrelandVery dated premises, but that said and due to value and walking distance to Disney, I would stay there again. However the queen room was very small so I would book a king or a suite.
Excellent value and great location to walk to Downtown Disney and into the parks. Love that rooms have a wood floor rather than the hated brown hotel carpet that never seems clean.

AustraliaCould’ve been a little cleaner. Part of the room where we stored our bag was very dark with no light and hard to see. We had the room on the ground level right near the stairs to level one. On the first night a loud group woke us up talking and laughing going up here. Some signage about quiet hours could be good.
Easy 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Denny’s nearby for dinner with a 15% discount was good. The bed was comfortable.

location to Disney was only a short walk away. bed was good enough and good space, especially if all you want is somewhere to sleep and then Disney. Denny’s 2 mins walk and you get a discount. free parking. staff were nice.

United States of AmericaThe water pressure in the was sink was next to nothing. You really had to put your hands right up to the faucet. The shower didn't have any hot water one of the mornings. Probably because they were doing the laundry for the motel which was right next to my room.
The location was great. I was attending an event at the convention center and it was a 5 minute walk to get there. The room was clean, and comfortable.
