We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaAloft has a bar that also serves appetizer-type foods such as burgers, nachos etc. however, the food service can be slow. We waited about 30 minutes for a burger and this was at 10:30 pm.
The hotel is serviced by a shuttle that only goes between SFO and the Aloft and the adjacent Westin every 15 minutes which is very convenient, plus Aloft is very close to SFO.

United States of AmericaGood place and clean hotel with cozy atmosphere. But the final room charge was much higher than I expected as I saw on the booking confirmation. I requested early check in and it was accepted with email confirmation which clearly said no extra charge. But I got the charge at the front desk and even if I showed the confirmation email, the front desk guy just said it’s bookin.com issue and the hotel doesn’t communicate. The charge was not huge but I didn’t feel happy about the inaccuracy and miscommunication. Booking confirmation should be more accurately estimate the final charge. I ended up paying $370 which was much higher than $270 estimated on the booking confirmation. Other than confusing prices I enjoyed staying there

United States of AmericaStaff of 3, all talking to one man while I waited to be helped that took less than 5 minutes! Parking was horrible and expensive! On way out my husband asked about it and rude, black staff girl just gave him a look! My husband told her "k, don't smile, guess I'm not important enough!" Didn't read that there was a parking charge till we got there! Pricey for a few hrs!

Loved the large lounge area with screens, bar and food and plenty of space to sit and relax. Good sized rooms, great linens and bathrooms. The airport shuttle bus is a real plus.

Well organized, well designed, has regular shuttles to and from the airport. Room clean and spacious. Queen beds instead of the more prevalent double beds in most other hotels.
