We were three in a room and felt that there could be better use of space. Closet and console were small. Insulation could be better for outside noise. Looks like renovations were done, we noticed some not so neat finishing work. Overall would stay again.

Although the neighborhood appears to be somewhat up and coming, I was with a group and felt safe. Close to two metro stops. Restaurants close by. Staff was excellent.

It was hit and miss with the reception staff. The lady that checked us in didn't seem to enjoy her job at all, but everyone else was friendly. The location is close to the subway, which is good but it would have been better to be nearer more cafes and restaurants.

Loved the room with the cute extras such as slippers and robe, and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Moans & niggles Close to the subway means you might hear the trains, but that did not bother us. No hooks to hang up jackets or coats except for the wardrobe.

We stayed 6 nights and were originally a little concerned about some of the earlier reviews on other sites But we had a very good experience. Nice and clean king bed room, very close to the subway station. 2 stops to Manhattan. Great breakfast and food options in the restaurant in the basement. All reasonably priced. Good housekeeping! Very friendly staff all around. Plenty of dining options in the area in walking distance (10 - 15 minutes Would be happy to stay here again. Neighbourhood might look a little rough, but we felt safe at all times.

The toilet flush didn't work at all times. Didn't like the fact that they charge for damage deposit (was mentioned before booking) but of course the money will be returned after 10 working days.

- lots of amenities and free water at the desk - very helpful and friendly staff - good bar/restaurant in the hotel (coffee and breakfast was good) - location is close to a subway station - location in the middle of delis, supermarkets, cafes

You should account for noise from the overground metro station and not that clean surrounding area. The area where the hotel is located definitely is not about fancy Brooklyn views.

The room was well furnished and clean. As well as it was spacious and light. The transportation (underground) is close to the hotel, so you could quickly reach other venues in the NY. Also around there are plenty of cafes where you may have your breakfast/brunch.

Room was tight but that's to be expected in New York. Fire alarm went off at 3am and we didn't get an update until the morning.

Breakfast options were a little limited and the hotel has had problems with booking sites. We had no problems, but it is worth confirming with the hotel directly that the booking has gone through. We also had two scamming attempts (via booking.com, so not the hotel's fault) on this booking, so that is something to look out for, too.

This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location, very close to several metro lines, so a great base for trips within New York City. The rate we got was also very reasonable for New York City in 2024... Staff were very friendly and helpful, e.g. our safe had run out of battery and it was repaired within minutes of flagging it.

Elevator was broken for several hours, and my mom and my dad are in their 70s and 80s, making climbing the stairs very difficult. There wasn't a super timely fix to the elevator.

Staff was very friendly and engaging; amenities are great, room was a good size. Clean, quiet. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is located in a quiet street close to two metro stations. It is not located in the very pretty streets of Williamsburg but they are at walking distance.

The location is a little bit hit and miss. It’s clearly a developing area which is good to see, but witnessed some dodgy characters and a load of empty syringes around the corner one morning… appreciate that isn’t the hotels fault but worth mentioning.

My only complain is that I’m struggling to get a simple invoice from them. By message they said I should ask booking directly, knowing that booking actually can’t do that. I hope they can solve this problem since it’s their duty. If you’re traveling to work and/or need an invoice be aware of that.

Very good location in Brooklyn, just beside a metro station. Room was tidy and clean and the people who works there were nice and friendly by that time.

We really liked the location of the hotel, we could reach the subway within 2 minutes, it made the travelling fairly easy for us. Also, downstairs you will find a cozy bar, which is really nice and a good place to have a quick drink with friends.
