One of the rooms was not clean and the dishes were dirty. Coffee pot wasn’t working in one room and was not replace after reporting it to staff. A bedroom door wouldn’t close in that same room. Also in the other room a dryer ripped Ralph Lauren Polo shirt. Reported it and was told the dryer would be fixed or replaced and neither was done. I asked about possible compensation for my shirt and they told me they would get back to me but I never heard anything back from them.

That fact my ceiling fan in my room Tried to fall out the ceiling, and the fact the couches has holes in them and we’re not very clean. I even went to go get a cup from the cup section in the kitchen and the cup had mold all in it.

Tile floor in bedroom was very slippery. Sister fell broke arm in two places. had to have surgery.

The really late check-in time. It causes a wasted day. There were only a few channels available for veiwing on the television at night.

The condo itself was very pretty, though it seemed to lack the love of an owner who uses it personally. It needed a little TLC, minor maintenance, and some deep-cleaning, but it wasn't bad enough to keep us from returning to the condo complex. I love the solid floors throughout. Overall, we were happy with our stay. This was our second visit to Watercrest Condos in less than a year. We hope to return sometime before fall.

Furniture to accommodate more people comfortably, larger tv in bedroom and move the armoire in the master bedroom away from the door to the patio.

Would not let me park boat on property but had other trailers and closed trailers on property and there was plenty of room in back of parking lot which is where I parked 1night but was told it would be towed if parked there again when there was plenty of room !!! Great

We arrived at a door without a keypad or door knob, just a hole in the door that you could see inside the condo. We had all of our bags and tired selves ready to get vacation started but instead waited in the hall for an explanation and keys! No one to fix it for 2 days so we had to stuff a towel in the hole to block any view. They sent a contractor to drill and install the keypad and added some painters to paint the door and trim while we sat in the living room being interrupted! Our condo (1702) needed lots of attention and updating The furniture was old, gross and uncomfortable! None of the surfaces that should be soft were! Beds, couches and chair cushions.. all need to be replaced. The garbage disposal didn't work, the sink didn't drain, the dryer rattled loudly the entire time, snagging the clothes (ruining them) and then started squealing. Scared to use it! The refrigerator was missing a shelf inside and the ice machine didn't work. Our patio furniture was broken and cheap! Expected more! Guests go on vacation to relax. This condo owner should consider that and put some money into some new furnishings and flooring (carpet....in the bathroom😆 ..mixed with sandy bar goers....really?) and make it cozy and a place to rest!!

We spotted dolphins from our balcony! Beach access was very nice. Location- was ideal for us. We visited St. Andrew's Park and ferry to Shell Island which was super close to condo.The Dollar General being close by helped us more than once while we stayed.
