“We went through 3 rooms in 24 hours. Room 1 oven was so dirty when we switched on smoked up the room and stank incredibly. 2nd and 3rd room plates in cupboards had food stains on!!! So much cobwebs in 3rd bathroom that kids did not want to enter bathroom. They told us 4 times they coming to clean, this was management and 24 hours later we left as no one came to clean room. We stayed in other Mariots while on a month long trip in USA and this was the worst ever experienced as management told me they will sort but just ignored us.”
