Nothing really. It was ideal for my stay. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a small hob in the kitchen for cooking and for there to be some signs to the villa to make it easier to find, though the staff do drive you there on arrival and will help you with anything required.

I stayed at the separate Villa which is a new accommodation. It is a good size, being brand new or is a bonus as everything inside is new. Great that it has a small kitchen with fridge, sink, utensils, microwave and workspace, outdoor bbq/grill, plus a dining table. It is close to Sri Thanu but not in the hectic busy area. Good contact and communication with the staff, who can offer you the same service as the hotel guests; laundry, room cleaning, bike rental etc.

Everything was great!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Tom the manager is the nicest person we met in our entire trip to Thailand and assisted up with everything we needed. The location is great if you want to be close to Srithanu, the room was very comfortable, super clean, hot water and even a nice balcony. It really felt like home more than a hotel.

Customer service on the highest level!!! Mr Tom is very welcoming, always there to ensure you are ok. Perfect english. From the beginning he whatsapped me to check what time I will arrive and there was no problem with late check in at all. I had some issues with internet connection, I texted him around 9pm and he promptly replied and helped me with it. They not only have bike rental available but also a bicycles free to use for the guests. Very close to zen beach and a lot of places to eat in the neighbourhood. If you're a sensitive sleeper might be best to get earplugs as the noise from the street is quite high. Other than that everything was perfect!

Only real downside was the building works next door (for 6 months) depriving us of privacy and use of the balcony. Daily noise was a pain when trying to sleep in the afternoons.

Tom was amazing, his cheerful and polite manner is very welcome. Always happy to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Aircon was lovely and fridge very useful. Cleaning girls were wonderful and the in house Cats were delightful :)

We had quite a lot of ants in our room (behind the television and on that shelf in general), and a cockroach.

Very nice owner, and cute cat! We rented a scooter right at the hotel and he organised a taxi for us for our way back to the port. Location is also very good :)

The Manager Tom is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Orion Healing centre and the beach. Room was very clean and well maintained. we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately the place was booked out already. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything! First and foremost Mr Tom and his team of staff are so kind and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, big bed and lovely outdoor area. The restaurant and small bar area is a quiet and relaxing area to chill. For me the location I liked as easy to walk everywhere.

The kindness of Tom during all my stay was beyond. He even offered me to text him while staying at a retreat resort in Koh Pha Ngan if something was needed. The location is perfect, quiet and at the same time I was able to walk to the main street in front of the Zen beach and to other coffee shops very good around the area. Some details are also grab my attention, for example an umbrella for each guest. Highly recommended!

this is on a really nice part of the island - a quick was or bike ride and you are near Orion healing center, one yoga, and many cute cafes and restaurants. the staff is really kind and accommodating. it felt peaceful here. thank you!
