The hotel is very nice and quiet. The staff is really here to help and assist with everything! There is a view of the ocean which is nice. The room is clean and the AC is great. It’s located 10mins walk from the nearest beach and the main road with all the cafe and restaurants.

The shower was open to the bathroom (even there was a curtain) but anyway the bathroom floor was always wet. Noisy street (but not too loud), pool is 4 minutes away by scooter and there is no toilet at the pool.

Good room, spacious enough with fridge, glasses and all you need. Very clean. Very good and friendly staff. Well located (perfect for visiting phangan) even when restaurant and supermarket is 5 minutes walk.

I had a great stay at the Shanti hotel, super lovely staff, really clean and spacious room. Tom is a wonderful host, really taking care of the guests. They make you feel really welcome and they are extremely helpful with travelers needs. You can rent scooter at the same hotel and they help you fetching taxis or even they went to pick me up in the village with their tuk-tuk when I needed a ride back to the hotel. Amazing kindness. The hotel is by the road and though you can hear the sound of the motorcycles during the day at night its pretty quiet so you can sleep perfectly.

Mr Tom was an absolute angel! He was there for everything we needed with a smile. Our trip would not have been the same without him. Beautiful property and amazing service. Can’t wait to go back

Nothing. It was exactly what i was looking for.

The area was quiet but within walking distance to everything. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were fabulous especially Tom who had such a big, warm smile and he was so welcoming. There was also a nice cafe attached to the hotel. I am thinking of going back to the island next year and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location is not convenient if you want to move around Srithanu quite often even though they provide an e-bike for you for free and they make your stay much better.

I didn’t have the opportunity to stay in the actual hotel, I stayed at the villas which were located a bit more far from the main village. The villa I stayed was quite basic. Comfortable for me that I was never there!

For a start Mr Tom is a legend and so so helpful, the staff were amazing and couldn’t help enough, honestly anyone who is looking at a hotel. Take it from a Irish couple traveling all over Asia this place is amazing

Nothing in particular. We enjoyed our villa and overall stay very much.

The staff was very nice and friendly, and was always present to accommodate all our needs. The facilities were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool was very clean, and they offered clean towels, and water every two days. They also offered free e-bikes to move around the area.

There were building works close to our window, but our stay was for 1 night so they didn’t bother at all, in a day time we were outside all the time

The kitchen was a little worn and not as clean as I would have liked it but I only stayed one night and didn't need to use it.

Stuff was extremely helpful from the moment our boat arrived - they organized the pick up, welcomed us and even help us get to our next destination with a courtesy taxi. The gentleman at the reception (can’t right now recall the name but is from Myanmar) is amazingly kind person and we thank him so much for the hospitality and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious, great value for money.

Since it’s on the main road, you will have traffic noise from 7;30 am onwards , especially if your room is street facing

Close enough to walk about 5 minutes down to the main strip of restaurants and bars and the beach. Mr Tom was very helpful and easy to find for help with renting scooters and even transporting us to nearby locations in the super fun and cool Tuk Tuk! The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great, we had an ocean view, it really was a great experience

Mr Tom is a credit to the hotel, he greeted me like an old friend. I felt so welcomed! Very nice touch organising free tuk tuk pick up from my previous accommodation. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, just a shame I only stayed one evening! Would definitely recommend

The place is quite new, so it may be missing a few small things but anything we needed, Tom provided it for us! Only thing we really missed was sunbeds since we really wanted to sunbathe by the pool.

It was such a great experience. We stayed for 7 nights, booked for only 5 but the amazing host Tom let us extend our stay last minute and it was great. We stayed in one of the villas, and we loved it. Great pool, nice location, great vibe. And again, Tom our host was so great with helping us out with anything we needed.

Room was nice and big and the balcony area was lovely. Air conditioning worked really well. Tea and coffee provided daily. Room was clean. Tom is so friendly and helpful he made our stay so much easier and more comfortable, he also sorted out scooter rental for us very easily. When we left Tom also arranged our taxi to the pier for us really easily. The restaurant next door is amazing and you get 10% off when staying at the hotel, the food and staff are amazing and you need to try it!
