The premises are huge and sometimes it would take awhile for a buggy to arrive, so you may opt to walk, but there is a lot of walking, if you choose to. When the house keeping comes to clean the room, they tend to leave the doors open, and that lets bugs into the room.

My stay at Rayavadee is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a resort! We had Suzy as our personal concierge and she was extremely attentive. The staff was amazing no matter what area of the resort you go to! It feels like everything was thought out and take care of, we never had to worry about anything. They have a breakfast buffet and an a la carte menu to order from, that is included. Everything from the menu and buffet are delicious! Rayavadee is truly heaven on earth!

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect.

We liked everything about Rayavadee. The attention paid to small details - the attentiveness of the staff - the quality of the food - everything was top notch. The location of the property is stunning. The management, specially Romain whom we interacted with on several occasions, was responsive and made sure that our requests were taken care of. Despite what must have been a difficult time for the property, they’ve come out of it with flying colours. This was our second trip to the property and we shall be back!

We booked "The Grotto" restaurant in advance(the hotel told us that starting from June the only way to eat dinner at the restaurant is to book it for a a full BBQ menu, and so we did) The price if very high(3,400 THB per person) compared to every restaurant we ate in while being in Thailand and so our expectations were very high. Unfortunately the food was simply not good and we couldn't finish a single dish, and addition to that we saw people who just went in to have a drink and a snack for dinner(unlike what we were told that the only way to eat dinner is to book the full BBQ menu). This hotel is a dream but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for the BBQ dinner

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon for 4 nights. The hotel is just amazing, it feels like being inside a jungle, the staff is so nice, everyone is willing to help all of the time and will provide you with everything to make you feel comfortable. This hotel is simply a dream.

The units were close together (but space is limited at this unique location). The longboat noise and exhaust on Railay Beach (Phra Nang beach doesn’t have boat access so better for relaxing). Wifi dropped occasionally but it quickly recovered.

Location, nice accommodation and excellent service. Nice private beach with comfortable lounge chairs and day beds.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful resort, and once again, we were smitten. We cant' fault anything about Rayavadee. It is the perfect place for complete relaxation. Just take the time to stop, take it all in, and enjoy the incredibly beautiful surroundings nestled among the magnificent limestone cliffs. Everything at Rayavadee is quality. From the beautiful welcome drinks, to the delights left by your bed each night at turn down. The staff are wonderful across the board, from the moment they greet you on arrival, to waving you goodbye as you leave, and go out of their way to make your experience magical. The food is exceptional with something for everyone - worth going for the amazing breakfast alone! There are 4 restaurants to choose from, each worth a visit. The resort is perfectly placed just a couple of minutes walk from the Walking Street on Railay Beach, giving you the option to buy local wares, cheap massages, and street food. And don't forget to grab a cocktail from Railay Bay Cafe just in time for the sunset. A great improvement since our last visit is that Phranang Beach no longer lets longtail boats in so the beach is quiet, and much more protected. And the pool....just sit and take in the view from one of the most beautiful pools in the world. It really is quite exquisite. We adore this resort, and will absolutely go back as soon as we can.

The structure is very large and requires a lot of attention, the garden in many parts of the structure seemed neglected, but the thing I did not like was the presence of many water channels that caused even more the presence of mosquitoes and insects. I couldn't understand its functionality and would neglect its beauty as the water wasn't that clean.

The breakfast was great with wide choice and good food. The swimming pool is very nice as is the rest of the hotel. The beach is also beautiful.

Hands down, best hotel I have stayed at in many years… And I have travelled the world and have stayed at very well known hotels. This hotel was truly like heaven - the setting, the cabins (aka the little houses you sleep in with two stories, a living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms - which is your “room”), the grounds (incredible nature, super well maintained and clean), the huuuuuuge pool, the attentive & helpful staff and services, the super high quality food, and the overall feeling you are constantly taken care of, seen and pampered! There is truly nothing I could say I would like to see changed in this truly one of a kind resort! thank you Suzy for all your help and assistance- you are a gem!

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much! The room is 2 floors, very big, comfortable and clean with everything you need! The hotel is inside the jungle with amazing views! The pool and private beach were amazing and they provided us with cold water there which was great! The variety and quality of the food in the breakfast and afternoon tea was outstanding! The service and the staff at the hotel were very helpful with everything we needed.
