New ZealandThe location of the resort was amazing, it runs in between the pier and the main beach, we had requested interconnecting rooms and they made sure that we had this, our rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was basic but very adequate. The main pool had the most spectacular view, and it was a short walk to many restaurants.

SpainIn theory, it was not allowed to book deck chairs in the swimming pool but people let some towels there when they go for breakfast. The hotel should check this and release the chairs so everybody can enjoy the swimming pool as you cannot trust in guests...
AMAZING hotel, Railay beach itself is amazing but you can enjoy a perfect sunset from hotel swimming pool. We booked a villa with private pool and it was very big, with enough space for 3 people. Although Railay is not very big, this hotel is locate near the restaurant and bars zone (just 5-10 min walking). Breakfast was very nice with variety (salted and sweet food, fruits) and coffee is nice.

New ZealandIm not a fan of spa baths in the bathroom. a full shower would have been better for my wife as it's easier to get in and out of and she has minor mobility issues. Also, spa baths are wasteful, in my opinion. I used the outdoor shower which had good hot water and was delightful to shower outdoors, but she would not because of minor privacy issues that could be easily fixed. Still loved the whole room though. The spa and massage near the front pool were really good.
Beaches, location, room, and lovely private seating balcony, helpfulness of staff, organized transport to and from the airport resort are included in the price.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast that they offered was not as expected. It was too repetitive and they didn't offer much of a variety. If you arrive a little late to eat, the food is cold. I made my reservation from booking, we were a group of 5 people, we were given 2 different rooms but they were really far from each other and some of the facilities. Despite these issues, the place was beautiful and enjoyable.
Its an amazing place with a good location, great staff, and nice rooms. Very recommendable place with much to explore around it.
