The place needs maintainance .We booked three rooms , and every room somehow had a problem.One of the room toilet flush was not working well, another room AC was not working most of the time , and the other room had a very bad smells feels like the smell coming from the drainage system .Though the staffs were made aware of these flaws but i think that is not in their power to fix things overnight .

It was a perfect location for a family vacation.The ambience around the resort was perfect and it was very clean all around .The breakfast was good and the staffs were very prompt to all our needs .

The reception staff were reluctant to make special arrangements to accommodate two children. They wanted to provide only one small bed and suggested that the other child sleep in the bed with my wife and I. Fortunately my brother and sister-in-law were booked in as well and we convinced staff to carry a second bed from their room. The restaurant is quite expensive so we took all our meals in the tourist area.

Water was lukewarm; couldn't take a hot bath at end of day. Ferry service to get to Railay was horrible (not hotel's fault).

Breakfast was good - especially the coffee. Mini bar being included in price was a bonus.

The pool looked larger on the pictures but it was still lovely even with it being quite busy! there probably could of been more sunbeds but we managed to get for most of the holiday. The main restaurant prices are expensive, however the strip is a short walk away which has loads of restaurants and food places to choose from so wasn't an issue. there was only 1 pool toilet so that wasn't great but you could just walk couple mins.

The location was amazing and so close to the Krabi strip. The room was super lovely with great Aircon and privacy off the main walk paths. The pool on the beach side was stunning. Overall our expectations were exceeded and we had a fantastic time

The pool area on the beach was a little dated and people who weren’t guests were allowed to use the pool & chairs. There was never any chairs available throughout the day. The second pool was beautiful and quiet however full of mismatched and broken furniture around it and couldn’t get any drinks or service around it. The resort itself is quite expensive. Breakfast is a let down, the club sandwich has spam not bacon.

Property location on Railay bay is optimal and beautiful to enjoy the space and surrounding islands. The resort transfer from Krabi is a must! Don’t get stuck dragging your luggage through the sand! Book the somewhat overpriced transfer, longtail to Railay bay east, then tractor from the water to the island then buggy around to reception on the west side. A good location to island hop, keep in mind the jellyfish are seasonal/ tidal.

Beautiful resort in the perfect location. Large, comfortable, well appointed rooms with included minibar items that were replenished daily. Close access to an action packed street with nightlife and good restaurants. THE MONKEYS!!! I know some people think they are a nuisance but to me that was something that drew me to this place (in addition to the amazing views and great beach). Good breakfast. Definately would recommend this place

Bed was very hard. Food and drinks on the pricier side.

Location is amazing. Railay is one of the nicest beaches in Thailand. Private transfer service was excellent and interesting. Golf buggy to take luggage and ourselves to the pier, tractor with trailer to take you out into the water to be met with a long tail. Long tail to the next pier where a tuk tuk picked us up and took us to the office to be transferred to private mini van with air con and water.

Sun beds are reserved from early morning. It’s really hard to get one later. It’s not related with the hotel but maybe some enforcement could help more.

Semi external bathroom tends to have a drain smell. This has been a long term issue! Early morning dawn monkey troup on roof will wake you.

Good location on Railay with direct access to west and east sides. Privacy cottages in center of resort provide private courtyard and spa bath. Breakfast is served overlooking beach. Two pools .

I just think we should have been told they needed to check the room before we checked out as we we had a ferry to catch and would’ve checked out sooner so was a bit of a rish

Been in hotels all around the world, and I have never been ask to pay for some ice to take to my room. they wanted to charge more than i just paid for a beer. I know its a small thing but shows some poor customer management.

I was affraid of the monkeys which occupied our tarrase every morning:( but I understand and respect it, as this was preliminary their natural area, taken over by man.

Room a little dated. The king bed was two twins pushed together so there was a lump in the middle. They also didn’t have king size sheets, had to use two, overlapping twins sheets for the top

Location was good. Pool chairs and location were good. Breakfast was great, enjoyed that the three morning we were able to go! Staff was friendly. Mini fridge with soda water and chocolate refilled daily!

Pool area was unsupervised,so day trippers were using the pool who were not staying at the hotel. Restaurant staff were not very well trained,especially in the evening.
