The rooms are big but could benefit from modernising. This is reflected in the value.

It is located very well for access to the main strip of bars, restaurants and shops. Close enough to walk but far enough so noise is not a disturbance. The reception staff are attentive, welcoming and always smiling.

The pool could do with abit of love. Had a lot of missing and loose tiles that my jewellery got caught on and didn’t feel the cleanest.

Nice rooms with a cool theme, clean and convenient. The restaurant downstairs serves amazing food but is pricey.

This was our first time in a hotel with a style like this. Surprisingly good! Big room, huge bathroom. With a window in the shower, viewing the room.

One bathroom didn't work and they were far from the rooms, in a different floor. It's blvery busy and noisy arpund. There's no way to cool anything

Breakfast is not tasty, and views from rooms at 2 floor and not good. Sometimes staff walking through balcony and can see what's happening at room, it's not private. And maybe need to pay attention to the plumbing in room 9

-DO NOT USE THE LAUNDRY SERVICE PROVIDED!! sent laundry in, lost 3 items of our clothes and gave us someone else shorts too so someone else was missing their clothes also. -also first day there we were provided no towels, no water, no tea and coffee and the bed looked preslept in

Only downside was the pool, it was never cleaned or maintained in the time we was there. Felt like the pool area was neglected. Algae in the pool so it was discoloured and not hygienic to be in. Slightly misled by pictures but sunset from the pool area was 10/10

External windows and doors not fully sealed so a lot of bug/lizard ingress. Bathroom vent goes straight into hallway so you can hear everything

Very plesant stay, the cleanest hotel in our whole stay in Thailand (7 hotels). Great room, beautiful pool, now (April 2024) the place is renovated! Great massage studio next to the reception. The breakfast was OK, nothing fancy, coffee, egs, ham, sausage, juice, fruits, toast bread, muffin and croissant.

Breakfast was very very limited . Coffee,toast ,egg,fruit and yogurt was all that was offered !! 300 baht per room this was very poor compared to all the hotels in this price range !!

Interaction with the staff was ok but maybe not the friendliest. There were some hair in the bathroom and other minor details that suggested the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before our arrival!

We only spent one night in Ao Nang and arrived pretty late so we were really after a simple place where to rest for one night. The bed was massive and the room spacious.
