Old hotel, old facilities, no hot water in one of the bathrooms ( we had an apartament with 2 bathrooms as we were 4 pax)

Where to start...I will just summarize the top items that influenced my family's staying: 1. Rooms - need a total reshape. Incomplete and sticky carpets, missing doors and broken curtains are the first contact you have with your room. 2. Customer service - staff isn't too friendly 3. Restaurant food - basic breakfast available at the hotel restaurant and included in the price. This wouldn't be a problem, but in one morning my entire family got sick from the morning food. Pictures on booking look great, at the location there is a different story.

The hotel is placed in the very center of Alba Iulia, at 2 min walk to the city's citadel. Hotel has parking lots available for the guests. Being near city citadel that also offers you access to different restaurants where you could eat your meal and also great sight seeing.

The hotel is old,the bathroom is old and so is the carpet,and also there is mold on the carpet.

The only thing that I liked was the entrance,it looks very expensive but it becomes a whole new place when you get on the rooms hallway and also the bed,it was really comfy but if u are taller it won't be a nice experience.

It started badly 2 days before the check-in day when I received an e-mail with the information that breakfast is canceled (because the restaurant is under renovation). I literally froze from the cold (it's not at all right that in January with temperatures of -7-8 degrees Celsius, unless you periodically and systematically turn off the heat). The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work even though it looked like there was some liquid in it. Not even the trash was taken from the room between the 2 days of accommodation.

The location is 40years back in the past. The beds also have minimum 40 years old. The carpet is old, and you will find a vintage radiator. The bathroom whas not clean.

The mattress wad completely collapsed. I kept rolling off at night. The furnishings are very old and need replacing. Not really 3 star . More like 1 or 2.

the bathroom is horrible, with mold, the tub is yellow with dirt, there was a black streak of dirt under the sink, the smell was dark, hard to bear, horrible.

Is a pity that this hotel is kept without improvements for so many years. Is practically the same as was built in 80's. The parking place is small and overcrowd all the time, I was needed to keep my car in a parking nearby and send periodically SMS's to pay ... The rooms are small and windows wasn't cleaned from some time. Bed's are not comfortable at all and the bathroom is ridiculously small ... Anyhow, the hotel was almost full capacity occupied, so the owners shall have the possibility to renovate it ...

the hotel location is great, just the city historical Alba castle area, but this is the only good think I can say about ... Restaurant is ok, traditionally meal, good wine offer.

Old and never refurbished. Elevators are in very poor condition. Room did not have AC. Painting on walls looks bad. Bathroom is not decent. Restaurant empty and smells bad. Breakfast is not really ok.

Hotel is too old and dirty. Staff is not at all hospitable, especially at the reception. Gives a feeling of Communist time. Everything was crappy, you name it. Bed sheets were stinking like smoke, bed was very old, TV remote was hardly working, hot water was coming only after keeping the tap on for 10 minutes, etc.

The fan on the bathroom didn't work, we have a single bath towel even we're registered as a couple and took more than 12 hours to get another one, the bedside has spots on her, on the below of the bed was dirty, we saw a plastic pet which I wasn't able to reach, was somewhere on the middle of the bed and as a top of the cake when we stop the TV the programme was on Antena 1... when we comeback from visiting the citadel, surprise...the TV was on Netflix...a logical conclusion...the room attendant watching Netflix.

The matress on single bed and size of the bed. I hardly got hot water on the 7th floor. The private hotel parking is abused by locals with the management knowldege, therefore is very likely that parking space is not available. The walls could be cleaner, there where fingers stains which can be easily clean. The hotel is anchored in the 80's atmosphere with many things to remind you this.

everything was disappointed,it is not ok for booking to promote this kind of hotels to the clients.The propriety doesn't have no more than 1 star. The person from reception was a smelling man,very dirty We had problem with the water,because the watter from bathroom didn't work. In the night they stoped the warm ,and it was cold. The sheets waren't clean. I cand give them a note from 1 to 10 ,not. more than 1
