The food in the restaurant was amazing, starting with breakfast, till dinner. The domain is amazing. If you are with the kids, they will have a lot of things to do.

The rooms are nice, but the lack of toiletries made me not to give 10. For the price paid, I was expected more attention from this point of view. Also, there is no SPA, but we knew this before making the reservation.

No instructions about parcking and check-in. When we arrived no one was at the reception, we had to call 5 times until someone picked up and when answered seemed bothered. In the room was a bad smell, like someone smoked in the room

Thin walls (easily hear the neighbors), somewhere outside barking dogs at night, old single beds (2 makes double). Sauna not working at Saturday -Sunday, at least we were told so..

You guys couldn’t find the right toilet seats? They are a size smaller. When you take a shower the water seeps through the glasses and also splashes out of the bassinet creating flooding.
