  • Aston Hotel Review Score: 7

“First of all: this hotel came at really low price - I was even sceptic before arriving but this was needless. Ok, I was a little wondering where the 4th star level came from but understood that some rooms seem to have been renovated. Ours wasn‘t but was still excellent (and clean) value for money with a fairly good breakfast on top”

“Great hotel. Receptionist was really helpful and spoke good English. The room and bathroom were compact as was the shower. Coffee and water in reception area but not in your room.”

  • PODERE 1384 Review Score: 10

“First impressions are breathtaking - entrance, views, landscaping, outdoor furniture & structure /materials used in the buildings is very welcoming, high quality & world class. The staff are all well trained & knowledgible - fabulous deep tissue massage in the spa & wonderful food & wine in the restaurant for dinner. A most outstanding GM in Andrea Pieri - the consumate host - nothing too much trouble & a wealth of knowledge of the history of the resort, the area & surrounds plus a delight to deal with on every level - a rare skill! Breakfast was located in a heavenly spot with views of the rolling hills & the breakfast itself was a tasty, nutritious & well presented offering- we didn't require the additional offer of eggs as we were going to lunch. We are world travellers from Australia for both business & holidays & this is a gem!”
