“Great location and just a short stroll into the main town. Two good size outdoor pools with plenty of loungers. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the AC was good.”

The staff were friendly especially Feray.
She was always helpful and smiling. She speaks english so communication was easy, thanks a lot Feray ! ♥️
We had the mixed breakfast twice (not included in our booking) and it was great.
The location is perfect : in the heart of Old town.
Restaurants and many shops are with a walking distance.
I recommend going to Lemon tree shop (which is right next to the hotel) especially for candles and cotton kimonos 👘 : the cheapest with the best quality in town and believe me we compared it to at least 5 other ones. ♥️”

“The hotel was ok for what we paid. Could do with being a little cleaner the pool was dirty and all around the pool didn’t seem to get used due to this. The room was clean on arrival but only got cleaned once in the full week we was there this is including towels. We had limited water in the room, was cold for 4 days like really cold. Food was ok. Not your usual all inclusive where you can go when your hungry it was set meal times. Looked better on the booking pictures. No entertainment”
