“Clean, wifi worked, air con worked, comfy bed, didn't smell like smoke, hot water in shower. Walking distance to most attractions and food places. Breakfast was ok.”

  • Kaliruha Boutique Hotel Review score: 10

“Lovely hotel in a very central location, convenient for visiting the bazaar. The building is well restored and feels traditional. Very kind and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The hotel team kindly arranged a day trip by taxi to Göbeklitepe and nearby historical sites which went well, as well as our airport transfer. We stayed in the Osmanli room upstairs which had a very pleasant private balcony and beautiful bathroom.”

  • Fairouz Konak Otel Review score: 8

“Historical old mansion, that keeps the essence of Mardin. Views in the terrace are beautiful. The hotel provides a quality breakfast. The staff is generally helpful, although no English is spoken, communication is done with translator. I ask to change my room the second night and they accommodate my request. Close to hotel there is an square with free parking available.”

  • The Green Park Gaziantep Review score: 7

    “Clean and comfortable.”

  • Narlı Ev Butik Otel Review score: 9

“Staff were amazing! Particular thanks to Defne who helped arrange for a visit to Gobekli tepe and Sira Gecesi - both of which were incredible experiences. The hotel is really well located with a decent breakfast! Good wifi! The pomegranate tree in the courtyard is really memorable. They upgraded my parent’s room at no additional cost to accommodate mobility issues. We loved our visit and wished we could have stayed longer! Overall, we were charmed by Urfa and the hotel just made the experience all the more amazing!”

  • Hampton By Hilton Gaziantep Review score: 10

“I visited with a group of 19 people. The communication with the hotel was incredible from the beginning. We checked-in quite late (11pm) but they had all the rooms and keys prepared for our arrival, thus it took us only a few minutes to check-in the whole group. Rooms are modern, (extremely) spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Service has been amazing. All the staff is polite and always anticipating our needs. I must thank Kadir, who has been amazing in making sure that we have a comfortable stay. I must say breakfast is the jewel of the crown. Vast, varied and fresh. Coffee is good, no matter if you go for traditional Turkish coffee or an Italian-style espresso, you'll get a good one. I'd totally recommend to any kind of visitors.”

  • ASTARTE HOTEL Review score: 10

“Astarte Hotel gives you the best value for your money. The owners and the stuff are ultra-friendly and helpfull. They will offer you a plenty of turkish tea and coffee :) The breakfast is excellent and plentyfull. The rooms are very "climatic". You will sleap in an old, traditional house changed into hotel. It looks really cool! (Although my room was one of the cheapest, it had a large bathroom.) The location of the hotel is excellent. You could go on foot to the Balikligol, museums and restaurants (nearby you have a restaurant with cold beer!). Ask about hiring the driver - he can take you for a good price (60 dollars) to the Gobekli Tepe-Karahan Tepe-Harran or the Halfeti at the Euphrates river. I'd spent only 4 nights at Astarte and now I think that my stay should have been longer. :)”
