“Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Parking lot available at the property. Breakfast ok despite the hotel was closing for winter break and they only had few rooms booked in the whole facility. Support from the staff was impeccable”

“The hotel is situated just outside of Calafate. It has a very nice lounge where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The room is spacious and clean. The spa facilities are good but basic. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic with very limited savory options. I believe that the price could be slightly lower for what the hotel offers.”

“This is a very nice hotel located in the center of El Calafate (excellent location). The rooms are comfortable, the staff at the reception is very professional and nice, the restaurant is delicious (the food is the best part of it, wonderful restaurant). All hotels (and activities in general) are quite overpriced in El Calafate, so I would say the hotel is slightly expensive for what it offers, yet it is in line with all the prices in the area. The hotel has a spa and a sports area (it is a very small gym with just 3 or 4 machines). If you need transportation the hotel will put you in contact with the local taxi company.”
