“booking.com confirmed the Booking BUT NO RESPONSE from host and NO ANSWERING OF CONTACT NUMBER. ONLY RECORDED Message. We turned up at door at our appointed time and waited 1 hour. Called contact number more than 10 TIMES. Eventually paid €140.00 for 2 rooms at local hostel @ Montserrat.

“The location was perfect for our trip because we attended the primavera sound festival which was at a 15 minute walking distance. There are water fountains inside the building to refill your water bottle. The building has many useful installations like a gym, pool, and a movie room.”

“This is a gem, resting beside the lake in Banyolas, really nice new hotel. Staff very friendly, all mod cons. Staff could not have been friendlier. I would highly recommend the property.
