Cigarette smoke smell as you enter the apartment in hallway, but couldn't smell further in the flat.

Great location, spacious, two toilets, beach towels available and comfortable beds/linen. Pool was great, very quiet, had it to ourselves each time we visited.

The apartment is very close to the beach and has wonderful views of Castelldefels all around the building. We didn't realize how spacious the apartment would be from its description. Our family of four was very comfortable and we felt very secure in this apartment. Parking was also very helpful. Marisa was very sweet and we appreciated Raquel's helpful interventions when necessary. Highly recommend a stay at MPC

Our stay was just perfect from start to finish Marisa helped with everything during check-in explained everything thoroughly and Raquel even booked us travel back to airport when leaving.. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone, We hope to return in the near future 🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It was super easy. Host let me know who will wait for us and when. Host explain us everything about to know and that was it. The apartment was big enough for five of us. Every room had an AC, we had two bathrooms, two balconies, washing machine... Sea was just in front of our apartment, one of the balconies had view on the Mediterranean sea. We also had a swimming pool but it was a little bit cold 😊.Nearby you can run, play basketball and beach volley, surfing, kitting... It is really great location if you have just go out of the Barcelona center and if you want to do sports and also relax from the city center.

Parking spots inside property were very small so couldn’t fit rental but not a big deal in the end. Needed to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage.

The lovely lady who met us at the property didn’t speak any English & we didn’t speak any Spanish but tricky but we could communicate through text messages as they translate so the problem was overcome. Around the pool there are no loungers or grass area to lay out towels and relax, there are a few plastic chairs, one table, one umbrella & 3 wooden benches so people didn’t chill out around the pool much, they tended to go down swim then go back in. It may have been nice if there were a couple fold up chairs supplied in the property you could take to the beach. Also please be aware there are 47 steps to get to the apartment & no lift so it you have any form of mobility problems this apartment would not be for you. There are several places to eat a ten minute walk from the property but very few people speak English so be prepared to learn the local lingo a little before you go. There are three small grocery shops 10 walk from the apartment also around where the eating areas are & two bakeries which was very handy. I was very surprised as there were no gift shops, there are traders on the beach walkway in the evenings & about 8 small beach hut like stalls on the roadside near the restaurants & that’s it, so if you are looking for gifts to take home you will find it tricky.

A really lovely 3 bed apartment, spacious & very clean, had everything you need. A 1 minute walk to the beach, this is a perfect spot for beach lovers who want to take time out & just do their own thing. All the basics supplied for your stay included - washing up liquid, cooking oil, tea, coffee, laundry washing liquid & softener & plenty of toilet rolls. All towels supplied including beach towels & tea towels in the kitchen. There is also a safe in the master bedroom for your valuables. Plenty of space to do your laundry & hang out to dry on an airer or outside the window washing line situated off the main bedroom laundry area. There is an outside pool for your use as you wish which is very clean and well maintained. There is also a beach umbrella available in the property which is advisable to take with you to the beach. There is an excellent tourist information nearly right opposite the apartment on the beach walkway which was so handy.

We had our phones and other valuable possessions stolen from the beach restaurant. Apartment owners were very helpful in this situation.

We spent a great week in the apartment. Marisa and Raquel were very nice and helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean, I loved it. The area is very nice, there are many restaurants nearby. The temperature outside was very hot, the air conditioners in the apartment provided real refreshment. We found everything we needed in the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large fridge, cutlery, dishes, glasses... everything we could need. Thank you very much for a wonderful week. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

No fans in the bedrooms and it was very hot at night.

The apartment had a wonderful view across to the sea and beach. Very relaxing spot close to Barcelona and the airport. We had an early flight the next day, it was great value for family of 4! Thank you 😊

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great apartment. Raquel and Marisa were exceptional in every way. Excellent communication, waiting with a smile to assist with luggage and check-in for our 4am arrival, assisted with a taxi transfer to the airport at the end of our stay and came to make sure it arrived on time. I honestly cannot rate this property or the landlords highly enough.
