Nice location, 15 mins to center on foot. They have a restaurant and natural swiming pool, 5 mins on foot. Kitchen was well equiped.

Since it is quite expensive, I would expect a bit more amenities. There is a washing mashine, but no detergent. Even after we asked multiple times and were assured to get some, we didn't. There was also only instant coffee that wasn't refilled every day. Although the accommodation is a bit off the centre, there are no bikes offered. We would have even paid for those.

The property was as advertised and perfect for our requirements. Beautiful views of the sea from the front and Mt Pico from the back and side. Well equipped, beds very comfortable and great shower with hot water. Situated 10-15 min walk to the centre of Madalena - easy walk either along the sea road or main road. 5 mins walk from lava pools. I cant fault anything about the property- we had a fantastic stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful- great communication before and during the stay. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this property - if you dont have good mobility choose the other accommodation here - there is an incline to get to these apartments. Unforgettable experience.

The water drained a little slow in the shower, but not a big problem.

We had a car, so location was no problem. We checked in after midnight and getting the keys were no problem, even though it was late she wanted us to buzz in to make sure we know how to find our rooms. The room was tidy, the kitchen had some coffee and water. The washroom was clean and had body wash. It is by the coast, so during the day you can see the ocean out of the window. This is family run business, and the dad was very excited to show us his homemade liqueur and we got to try some as well - very yummy. Family friendly stay. :)

We would book again, overall we liked it a lot. The warm water in the shower was somewhat unstable. For the blanket we would prefer duvet covers instead of putting the blanket between sheets.

Fantastic sea view, cozy apartment, very clean and quiet. The cute little dog of the owner came over to visit.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, on a silent location but still very close to the city & ferry - only a 15 min walk away. The hosts were very kind and friendly - they even took us to their cellar to try delicious homemade wines! And the view from the apartment to the sea was so amazing! We will be back! 😍

The apartment was not particularly cozy.

Everything you’ll need for a short stay is available. Kitchen with most kitchenware, a stove and a microwave. A bathroom with a simple shower. There is a beach view, but you have to cross a street to get there. It’s only a very short walk to the beach, Madalena is 15 minutes away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, well equipped kitchen, hot water, everything you need is there. I also liked the location, it's by the coastline so you can enjoy the beautiful view. If you are lucky you can also see Pico - this is something very special! If I go to Pico island again, I will certainly check if Apartamentos Oliveira is available.

Very close to the ferry terminal (the first day we did not have the car so it was easy to reach Vivenda Oliveira), it has a nice view and during the night you can see the stars! Clean and with air conditioning. Perfect!
