the attitude of the server in the restaurant when we asked to have a bottle of wine and a desert at 20.45 was bizarre, she told us to go and sit in the bar. The restaurant was only 50% full, eventually we were shown to a table but the service was frosty

Our room definitely needed some updating in some areas, especially the shower where the white tiles are going yellow uneven shower tray and the cleaning of the hotel was ok some areas needed deep cleaning but we were happy overall. The restaurants around the hotel are very overpriced (very tasty) but you can get the same quality of food over the ferry in Setúbal for half the price

We liked the facilities in the hotel a lot to do even if the weather is bad, we absolutely loved the outside pool, the food in the pool bar was also very good and the prices were reasonable, beaches around the hotel are absolutely beautiful, ohh and the beds, massive and super comfortable

Only gripe is hot water to fill bath came out very slowly.No kettle in room as is norm for Portugal which was disappointing for us tea drinkers.

Huge comfortable room.Great balcony and view from balcony was magical.Bed was very comfortable as were chairs.Safe bike storage in storage room.

The gym was a little bit small for a hotel of it's size.

The design of the hotel is very unique and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The room was very spacious and comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free car parking was below the hotel .

Insufficient EV charging points - 2 chargers predominantly for Tesla (may work with some other brands) - No Fast Charge with a CCS connection - Suggest a minimum of 2 x Fast Chargers 50kwh + Also - Notice informing guests to ONLY charge for a maximum of 3 hours - both Tesla units (used by Mercedes and Audi) totally ignored this and left chargers connected until morning - 8 hours + (totally irresponsible to other users)

The hotel is situated some miles from Comporta Village and at this time of year the area is very quiet as it is off peak season. Consequently, there were only two restaurants open on the Marina beside the hotel. However, we had a super meal in one of them !

It’s situated right on the end of Troia sand spit, offering splendid views to the sea & River Sado. Room was very spacious with large panoramic windows. Breakfast was a fabulous buffet spread & a cooking station for eggs made just how you like them! Also available a big underground car parking area. We got on the car boat ferry the next morning, hourly service, to Setubal & then drove onwards to Lisbon.

For s start, our room was upgraded which is always a pleasant bonus but even more important every member of staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, from reception to bar to restaurant (and including the casino staff). Our well laid-out suite was spacious and all the public areas we visited were comfortable and stylish.....all-in-all a delightful experience.

With everything being of such high quality, it would be great if the gym could have some improvements. Maybe extending it a bit and having free weights/barbells and a bench. Just a suggestion!

The staff, breakfast, spa, and pool facilities were very good.
