We loved everything.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities were modern, clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool facilities were amazing and the fact that we were very close to the beach was great. The food was so delicious. We went to Salinas Brasserie Restaurant for the buffet both evenings and everything was so tasty and amazing. We definitely loved everything about Troia Design Hotel and highly recommend it for couples, families, groups of friends or business meetings. For sure we will be back in the future.

The room was a good size with a kings size bed that was comfortable and breakfast was amazing with excellent views over the river and the sea due to the location. For me, the best thing in the hotel is the spa for relaxation

Great experience and extremely welcoming staff. I stayed there for my birthday and I could not have make a better choice. My girlfriend called them to ask for a slice of cake and some wine for us to celebrate my birthday. They promptly offer the wine and a whole cake as courtesy. It was a small gesture that I will never forget and that got me amazed. Thank you!

Our balcony wasn’t secure enough to let my baby play there. We had to request cookware for the kitchenette and what we got wasn’t enough, there was only 1 pan, 1 oven dish and 3 plates and cutlery. Finally, there were only 2 vehicle charging stations, which were always occupied and unfortunately, not the hotels fault but, somebody hit out car.

Nice indoor pool, good variety of restaurants/bars and very friendly staff. The room was a good size, the bed was big and comfortable. The location was amazing.

Not a well equiped gym, which we expected at a hotel like this. Not many in the staff that could speak English, except for those in the reception. Inferior breakfast. The hotel should definitely try to improve the selection of choices in the breakfast. No fresh vegetables at all. No fresh juices or smoothies etc.

Great view, great service from all staff, great location. Indoor pool and outdoor pool very close, which was very convenient for the kids. Great room.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with jacuzzi that was very nice. The appartment was in general clean, but on the carpet in the living room there was some disgusting rests of stains (puke?). This should be better on this level of hotel. We strongly recommend you to replace that carpet. I had to point this beacause this was a big minus that should have been fixed without me coming with this critic.

We enjoyed the place and the hotel. The personell was very nice and helpful.

The hotel rooms are exceptional, with a magnificent view of the sea. If you're lucky enough like us, you may also watch dolphins from the comfort of your balcony. Location is adjacent to a magnificent beach. Parking was also comfortable.

I wasn’t aware that you added the tips when you pay the final bill. I had been tipping as I went along, so a bit awkward at reception when checking out!

lovely room on 12th floor, plenty on sun loungers. breakfast had everything you want. hotel restaurant is a must, great view of harbour, excellent service and food and well priced. free parking under hotel
