We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyIf other rooms are noisier, some people might be affected, as you hear people talking. But that depends on the other guests and how busy the place is. In my case it wasn't an issue.
Super nice room, like on the pictures, and a cool old-school balcony overlooking the street. Very clean everything, bathroom too, and also relatively quiet. Closing the windows I didn't hear the street, and people from other rooms were very quiet, so slept well. Very centrally located, lots of shops and some nice restaurants around, plus a metro.

-The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the guy with the long hair that welcomed me discreetly and with all the important information I might need! :') ♡ -The location is perfect, 2 steps from the metro. -it has spaces that you feel privacy which I really loved, especially because I was working remote and I felt like in my own home -The bathroom, even though old, it was always very clean -super comfortable beds for a hostel which I'm sure long-term travelers will appreciate!!

IndiaI wish there was clearer info on their booking.com page that there's no staff at the hostel after 8 pm. And it would be nice for there to be more bathrooms.
I had a very comfortable stay at the hostel - the shared rooms had really nice bunk beds with curtains for each bunk so there was privacy and a balcony looking to the street. The terrace and kitchen are nice, and the staff was super sweet too!

United KingdomThe rooms are not sound proof. You can hear what your neighbours talking. If they are noisy, your sleep will get disrupted. There is no lift so if you are allocated top floors, you need to climb 4-5 flight of stairs.
Great location. Walking distance to city center (~ 20 mins). Lots of shops/ restaurants/ shopping centers nearby. Close to metro. Well maintained place.

ItalyI've lost my reservation due a disrupted fly. They were very flexible and understandable to recognise the issue keeping my booking valid.Really appreciate it. The structure is ok , the only thing I couldn't sleep bc was really warm inside the room considering that It hasn't air conditioner as neither fan. The rest of the things were ok.

Great position, very close to the city center and the room was fantastic, with an amazing balcony that faced one of the main streets of Porto. We really recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap but good hostel to stay in Porto for a couple of days.
