We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaIt was a bit challenging to get to (many hills and stairs up to the hotel itself) from the metro station when having luggage. But that is Lisbon in general. The only thing to improve was the reception/check-in location. It was actually located past the entrance desk and into the lounge itself. It was confusing when we first arrived for check-in because we were standing by the entrance desk waiting for someone to attend to us until other guests passing by told us where to actual check-in. It would be very helpful if there was a warning message or a sign to tell us where to check-in when we arrived.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to check-out extra early and they were able to prepare a breakfast for us the night before so it was ready to be picked up from the fridge. The space itself was really nice, a little tight but not too small and the beds were very comfy. The AC worked great as well.

Perfect location, there are many bars and also a supermarket nearby. Most attractions are also within walking distance. Tram station is right around the corner. Cute furnishing.

Beautiful building with a great garden and lounge area. The Staff were amazing and very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was a great addition, especially to a hostel stay. It had everything you needed while feeling secure and friendly. It’s location is a short walk from many city sights although the walk is both up and down hills hahaha

BelgiumWe had a room on the street side and it could get very noisy at night, which of course makes sense, as we were near the center. But if you're a difficult sleeper, that can be tricky, as you don't really want to close the window in the heat either. The room was small (we did see some of the other rooms were bigger) and especially in the bathroom it was hard to not knock into things.
Nicely central location, right in Barrio Alto, close to good restaurants, shops, etc! The breakfast is perfectly fine, varied bread, fruits etc, and the room was generally clean and had everything you could need, with a good shower.

Ideal location near the center. Very friendly and hospitable staff. The room was very clean, the breakfast was quite tasty. The hotel is on a hill, but my wife and I like climbing up there every day after a dinner at the restaurant.
