We found this accommodation exceptional. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who gave us lots of information on what to do and see during our stay. The location was great. Very central to all major attractions. A wide range of delicious foods were offered for breakfast each morning. Would definitely return again.

This property was perfect for us. Friendly, quiet, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and great location. Staff go over and beyond to help. It’s a little quirky in a great way. Two big surprises, as it was so quiet we thought there were few guests, that was until breakfast when it was buzzing, and the next surprise was breakfast, it was much more than we expected

This is by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I opted for the suite as a birthday treat for my wife, and we were beyond pleased with the room - it is STUNNING. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and accommodated all of our requests (including a very early check-in which we weren't expecting). I cannot recommend Tesouro de Baixa highly enough - we can't imagine staying anywhere else in Lisbon.

Slow elevator, but this is normal in Lisboa.

This is a wonderful guesthouse in the very heart of Lisboa. The buildning is easy to find, a big door between a shoe store. Great rooms and nice beds. It looked and felt refurbished. Very clean and trendy. Great service (beautiful girl in the reception with green stripes in her hair), thank you for the warm welcome.

In the bathroom there is a transparent curtain, when the electric light is turned on in the evening, the people opposite in the hotel (which is located 10-15 meters across the road) can watch you take shower and use the toilet, I talked about it at the reception, but no action was taken, we had to use the bathroom in the dark, the hotel administration really needed to replace these curtains.!!!

Good location of the hotel,We were travaling with our daugther 5y.o. and we all slept on the same bed because it was wide enough.We lived on the last floor of the hotel and had a very beautiful view of the old church and the square,Thank you very much! Giests write here about delicious breakfasts, but it seemed to me that there was 70% of breakfast very Sweet cooking,buns,cakes,muffins, pies, etc.,there was no traditional omelet, but I asked the staff and they kindly cooked for me,thank you very much! Very tasty jam with pickles, I tried it for the first time. The reception staff is very friendly and will always help with various tips .Thanks a lot!!:-)

Nothing really

Loved three important things about this property 1. Staff is extremely hospitable, they just take good care right from check in to check out and beyond. They provided us one of the best travel suggestions and they take time to explain everything 2. Location is a minute away from the metro station and a couple of minutes walk to important tourist destinations 3. Great breakfast with multiple options Size of the apartment is really big and has all the facilities one could ask for. Staff and service stands out in this property

The hotel is very cosy, very clean. It is a boutique hotel. Tastefully designed. Very good breakfast. Right in the Baixa, short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and so on. The staff takes all of this up a notch, they are really helpful and preoccupied about the customers.

Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and bright with 2 windows , they're well kept and clean too. And the location is very convenient , but it's not noisy at all during the night.

Our superior had a very small bathroom.

Very good location, tram 28 start around the corner. Very nice staff. Very good breakdast, fresh eggs on order. Bunch of homemade sweets and cakes. Coffee and purified water around the clock. Small imbiss like quiche in the afternoon, sweets in the evening. Elevator.
