Very close to a good shopping centre and the Metro. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Swimming pool was very nice - swimming towels were provided by the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating- we will definitely stay here again!

The room was small, probably because I was sharing with my teenage son. I would have loved to have been able to make a tea or coffee in the room.

Breakfast was good. Staff were really lovely and so helpful. The beds were comfortable and perfectly made everyday. The swimming pool was a real bonus and was lovely. The location was fantastic, right next to the metro, so good for getting around the city. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff, extra large comfortable double bed, pool and sunbeds, very close to the Metro stations for the red and blue lines, comfortable clean room, power shower, nice hotel all round and good value for money.

It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and varied. It is not closed to the city centre and although the facilities are fine, I found it a bit pricey for what it offers.

Breakfast wasn't great but we got by. The app for drinks around the pool wasn't working. No kettle in room. Only 1 plug socket and walls were thin.

Location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the metro. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, pool area was good.

We Didn’t have time to use the pool or sauna, however, when we visited the rooftop at 11am to check out the facilities, the sauna was not switched on. Not sure if this was a standard thing as having to wait for the sauna to heat up would have been frustrating. We generally like to have a dip and sauna before breakfast.

Location of the hotel was great. Good access to metro lines and buses. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast is not worth the money at all. It's OK when a breakfast buffet is limited, but then you should focus on the quality of the things offered. Here the quality of the items in the hot breakfast was just simply not good.

They do not have a free airport shuttle as advertised. They couldn’t accommodate an early check in.

Service in bar was poor at times. No one there to serve after waiting 10 mins so we left in the end. Made reception aware but he was too interested in his personal call to care.

Great location, near to trains, large room, very clean. Good breakfast. Staff in general very helpful. Roof top pool a bonus.

The Pillows were a bit on the hard side, but I adapted.

Fabulous hotel. Very warm welcome from the friendly reception staff. Top notch location (opposite metro station, Gulbenkian Museum and park and El Cortes Inglés). Comfortable and spotlessly clean (daily housekeeping to a high standard), spacious room, and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms tend to be noisy - you hear your neighbors water running. Airconditioning was extremely loudly. Glad we didn't need it. You hear every airplane landing or taking off from Lisbon Airport (the hotel is in the line of the runway). Street is also noisy with some buses and garbage collecting vehicles in the night. Windows does not provide enough sound insulation. So pack your earplugs.

Breakfast was good. Would be nice if it were more diverse through our stay (we stayed 5 nights). Nothing exceptional, but reasonable buffet. The location is excellent, Metro (Red and Blue line) in front of the hotel. Close to the Gulbenkian centre and a park. Staff was very helpful too.

We had to change room after the first night, and our new room, was a bit noisy from the road at night. Not well insonarated.

The room ac wasn’t able to change the temperature as the bottom was broken. It hasn’t a variable breakfast food but was quite good. The room has not lamp lights in the ceiling and our desk lamp wasn’t working which get me a bit hard to do make up but is only small things that could be easy fixed.

The hotel is very clean and smells so nice. They have amazing and kind staffs. The location is amazing as everything is very close and it has a underground just in front of it. Quite big bathroom and very clean as they clean it every day.

Really needs tea and coffee making facilities in the room!

Convenient location - 5 minute walk to the metro, then less than 10 minutes from there into the city centre. From there, it was also really easy to catch the train down the coast to Cascais and to Sintra in the mountains. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The rooms don't have even a kettle to make your own coffee which is a bummer. Barring breakfast, there is no room service or food.

The hotel while not in center , still is in a great location. The metro station is right outside and the neighborhood has a lot of cafes and restaurants. The room is small but comfortable.
