We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomAccess is with stairs, keep in mind if you have a big suitcase. Thin walls, it was possible to hear everything. You need to ring the bell to be let in, not so practical.
Comfortable bed, room was ok but it didn't look as good as in the photos. I was able to pay for the reservation with Card.

United KingdomA few very small, but simple additions in the room would have really helped , such as some hooks in the bathroom and also on the back of the door. A full length mirror on the wall would have also been great, although this is not a grumble at all . An extra pillow would have been lovely too , but I’m sure had we asked , the staff would have happily got us one .
The location and cleanliness at this property are exceptional. The staff are friendly and are there 24/7 to help if need be ( not that we did ) Great value for money and sufficient for a short break .

The location is great and there is a parking right next to the hotel that is super cheap, it's only 12,50 a day. The receptionist was super nice as well.

SpainFalse advertising: They advertise on Booking as having free parking space, which is the reason why I chose them 1. They do not have any parking in the property. 2. They have an 'agreement ' with the garage across the street to let you park for 10€ a day, which is not even a discount price. Additionally, the "upgraded" room I chose only had a window in the bathroom, and they left me almost no toilet paper...I had to use my own napkins the 2 days I was there.
The owners were very welcoming, I loved their attentions on arrival. The location is very convenient to go walk around Porto.

The main advantage is location and cleaness. I would like to point out that location is more then great. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. Nearby the accomodation you have everything you need. Shop, caffe, reastoraunt, bus and taxi, pharmacie. For that money you cant expect more than this.
