The WiFi signal was weak.

The location is great, very close to downtown. The apartment was clean, and checking in and out was easy. Communication was smooth. The building has an elevator, which is a big bonus in Lisbon.

The apartment was cute and well provided with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, couch was fairly comfy. We couldn’t get the dryer to work but hung out cloths to dry. It was spacious enough for 3 adults. There is a small lift which was great, helpful with getting our luggage and groceries up to 5th floor. The lift is tiny so you may have to do 2 trips if you have large luggage and are more than 2 adults. The location was fantastic. We arrived late evening and it felt a bit like we were in an area that might not be ideal but once out and about the next day, to our delight it was a fantastic area and we walked everywhere at all hours. A few of the sites we wanted to visit were about a 30 minute walk(but that was our choice) and hilly but there are lots of quaint places to stop for a snack or drink or just rest. Buses are easy to take as well and as I said there are lots of places close by that are amazing. We will come back to Madalena.

The Washing machine didn't work properly. There wasn't a try for the oven.. The kitchen panel fell every time that we opened the dishwasher.

The location was great ! Very easy to get in and out the flat, lift for the bages. Clean and large room, hot water. The kitchen was equipped.

Minor issues. Small TV, a bit slow and unresponsive at times. Also, even though the building is well maintained, the soundproofing is not great and can hear noise from the flat above and communal staircase.

Very nice flat, well equipped and maintained, at very good location and in nice/safe building with lift. Very good host, responding fast to queries. Highly recommended, especially for families.

There were not enough closets in the bedrooms - separate wardrobe in the corridor for all was not in use as we did not wanted to share it. Living room space was a corridor actually, and not very nice place to spend time.

Big spacious bedrooms, clean and cozy apartament quite quiet even though it was in the strict city centre. Great localisation!!! Next to the main street, square, metro, tramways - literally everything needed for city break.

The mattresses and pillows need replacing and a nicer couch would be fabulous. The freezer is totally frosty and not closing properly.

Location was excellent! Property was well stocked in the kitchen and it was cleaned well other than a few stains on the blankets on the bed and the chair in the living room.

Not a thing!

The apartment was easy to find and centrally located. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see without being in a crowded location. Very quiet at night and we loved hearing the bells from the cathedral. The apartment is lovely, clean and nicely decorated with good light from the windows. The owner was accommodating and responsive. Was sad to leave. Oh, and fantastic coffee shop caddy corner to apartment was icing on the cake.

Upon arrival to find the apartment, which was not as easy as we would have liked, we had to push HARD to get the main entrance door open, not turn the knob. Just an FYI. Also, a frequent occurrence when we travel, the lack of a light on one side of the bed. We both like to read before turning out the light. A minor issue.

The place is a comfortable size for a small family. A good location and easy to walk about the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well set up. WIFI worked well and there was a paid parking garage about a 5 minute walk away.

Our only issue was the bed in the bedroom. It's VERY small for two adults and too soft for us, so we didn't sleep all that well. Other than that everything was great.

The location was fantastic - you are really right in the middle of everything. The apartment was full of light, very clean and easily accessible via code, and ours was on the 5th floor, so no street noise. They very thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine, and there was a coffee machine with some provided pods. Kitchen had new appliances and was well laid out. Host was quickly and helpfully responsive to all our requests. Our son was very happy with the living room couch/pull out bed. We really enjoyed our stay.
