Only one bathroom was less than ideal for 4 people.

Wonderful location. Clean. Contactless checkin made this great place to settle in Lisboa. Grocery store right next door was so handy.

Lighting in the bathroom was low. A drying rack for once you had washed your clothes would have also been great.

Location was fantastic, right on the edge of the old town and close to the square near the port. Everything was in walking distance. The room was a generous size and had everything you needed including cooking facilities & washing machine. Supermarket was literally next door.

The bathroom has a weird smell, I had to keep the exhaust fan running all day to reduce the smell.

Easy door code. Very clean and excellent location. Thought the bedroom and lounge were separate rooms two rooms based on the property photos - it's unclear which photos relate to your booking - it was a studio which was surprising as thought separate rooms but overall happy.

The apartment looks a little bit hagged, it needs new furniture and painting. It looks fresher and newer in the pictures than in reality. Terrible smell of cheap air freshener to the point of giving me headache

The rooms felt musty from being closed , and the bedding was too small no comfortables or large blankets available.

Its location and proximity to shopping, restaurants, attractions and public transportation. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious and well kept. It was easy to find the building and there was an elevator for easier access to the top floors for elderly people or people travelling with young children. Air conditioning in every room and a blow dryer in the washroom is very convenient.

Everything works well! 😀Thank you ! I booked it for my sister and her boyfriend! They had no complaints! I was there to see that it worked well! Only one thing : My sister thinks she dropped her phone behind the cushions and when she used the App ´´Find my phone”, after she got home, it was still located at the location but the management confirmed that they had people double checked and it’s not there!

Terible sound proofing issues, althought the apartments are in an old building, I think that the rooms are reconfigured into smaller apartments and that’s the reason (we could hear people walking in their rooms, talking, music, shower) The room feels cold and dark (also because it’s an old building) The shower was terible (outdated, rusted), vetilation was poor in it (no windows) and if there’s more than 2 people there is a lot of steam that accentuates the unpleasant feeling of the room. Charging you extra 2 euros for a deposit box at the end of your staying is cheap.

I wish there was a screen on the balcony door; as it was, I had to keep it closed most of the time as the flies would get in otherwise. An addition of a dryer would be ideal; as it was, I had to go to the laundromat; fortunately, it was on the next street over!

I LOVED the apartment! It was a large studio, with a bedroom area, a sitting room area, a dining room area, a walk-in closet, and a full kitchen. Not only did the fully applianced kitchen have a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher, it also had a washing machine! (no dryer, though) Plus, it had a small but lovely balcony and a very large bathroom with a large shower. The property managers run it like a hotel: you get daily service, with towels replaced and the bed made. When I walked around the area for the first time, I discovered the best thing about the apartment: It is in one of the most convenient locations in the city! The apartment is steps away from the transportation hubs, major tourist attractions, and the densest restaurant/shopping area. And there is a fairly sizable supermarket literally next door!
