We really liked the location of the apartment,the parking underneath the building and the amenities offered.The second bathroom really worked for us.Communication with Antonio for the check-in and in one instance when we needed help with the garage’s remote control,was fast and efficient.We would gladly stay there again.

Google seems to have a difficult time with this address. We had a driver just drop us at a restraunt nearby.

In the mix, but somehow quiet. Enjoyed The Mill for brunch. Very clean and comfortable. Showers and beds were excellent. Loved the tub after walking around all day.

Our only issue was finding it the first day. Even locals on this he street couldn’t figure out the exact location we needed to be. The North Face store would be a good point of reference to use.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location (once we found it the first time 😊😊). Luisa was very welcoming and gave us all the information we would need. We appreciated the recommendations provided and went to a couple of the local restaurants.

A few basics like salt pepper teabags or instant coffee would have been nice but the supermarket was less than 100 m away

The pillows could do with replacing, and the water tank / boiler struggled to accommodate showers for all 4 of us straight after each other, which we were advised about on check in so it wasn't a problem.

Spacious, clean, quiet but good location, excellent tips from the agent, toilet paper, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided, luxury quality towels, shampoo and body wash provided, lots of coat hangers. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby - the nearest shop also does left luggage which was really useful. The number 28 tram stops right outside.

A few additional items in the kitchen such as some extra tea towels and some coffee mugs would have been helpful but the lack of these wasn't a major issue.

We really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome we received when picking up the keys at the apartment, and were surprised by how large and comfortable the apartment was given it's fantastic location which is an easy five minute walk to the centre of Chiado with all its restaurants, shops, Metro station, etc., and also being on the Tram 28 route. Despite being so centrally located the apartment is very private and quiet, with views of a large courtyard garden, and it also has the added bonus of having a secure undercover car spot for guests to use. Comfortable beds and very modern appliances throughout make this a perfect place to stay for a few days or more in Lisbon.

Very disappointed that there was not a balcony as the description indicated there was one. Also, the kitchen doors did not open to provide fresh air into the apartment. The main fridge was broken so we were provided with a mini fridge with very limited freezer space.

The apartment was a great size for 4 people, with 2 very nice bathrooms. The living area was large and very comfortable, and very modern and open. Location was excellent. Antonio was very helpful when we first arrived.

An excellent breakfast joint right in front, french inspired, tramway 28E stop just in front, very quiet. 10 min walk from 100 restaurant . Underground garage available. Perfect !!!

Only one set of keys is not enough for friends staying dispite having asked for a second. Not being able to open the large window in the lounge is very annoying, and the main fridge is still not working. Could do with more functional, plain wine glasses rather than fancy chunky ones.

Location was perfect. Very central, yet quiet. Beds were super confortable and the showers in the two bathrooms are really good. The apartment has a garage space that is worth gold in Lisbon.

The electric kettle in the kitchen did not work.

The apartments are located in the historic center of Lisbon. The room is spacious, comfortable for living, equipped with almost everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Very friendly hostess Luisa. Since we were by car, it was very important for us to have a convenient parking space in the underground garage.

More dishwasher and laundry detergent would have been helpful but not a problem to buy more at nearby mini Mercado.

Great space for 4 adults. Clean and comfortable. Great location to food, shops and tourist attractions. Host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We struggled with the heating on the first 2 nights, as we visited in Feb it was cold at night. Once this was sorted everything was great.

The apartment was clean, modern and well maintained. It was an ideal size for the 4 of us and having 2 bathrooms and bedrooms was great. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the resteraunts, bars and shops. The parking was a bonus. If I ever return to Lisbon then here is where I will stay.

a few items were needing repair, which was slightly inconvenient. make sure to plan to meet someone for check in because it is confusing at first to get to the room!

There is no balcony even though description says so. Most of the windows don’t open. Kitchen is not well equipped, we did not find any glasses to drink water from. it would be a nice touch to leave out some coffee pods, paper towel for guests to use. We got only one key. Owner might want to consider equipping the apartment with smart lock for keyless entry.

This apartment is perfect for a long weekend stay for 4 people. Excellent location, walkable distance to most attractions. #28 tram stops right in front. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Modern, clean apartment, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning is a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were unable to open the windows in one of the bedrooms. As it was still fairly mild, some fresh air at night would have been welcome. Minor issue everything else was spot on.

Apartment was spotless and had plenty of space for two couples. Brilliant location too and despite being on a busy street, once inside was lovely and quiet.
