This is a house turned hotel/bnb and so the only downside staying here was that the walls are quite thin and I was awoken everyday to sounds of the staff walking around. Also because the walls are quite thin you can hear the other patrons at night from time to time.

Beautiful property and great staff who care a lot about their patrons and are very accommodating and supportive. The complementary breakfast was a great touch and the owner was very punctual and friendly.

Very clean. Simão the host is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was simple and perfectly enough. Great homey vibes with few minutes walking from the center and 10 min drive to the beach !

I know this cannot be changed, the property could be a bit more spacious, nevertheless I couldn’t have hoped for better value for the money spent.

The location was the best to easily reach the city center and there are several beaches nearby at walking distance.

Extremely hospitable and responsive host who was always happy to help and lovely ladies keeping the place in ship shape! Breakfast was fab and everything ran smoothly. Great facilities, aircon worked great as well as the shower and the WiFi. Beach bag and beach towel and fresh drinking water on request provided which was very kind! Also very close to town centre and the train station which made my stay very enjoyable! Overall very thrilled with my stay :)

Loved this spot! Staff were so friendly, breakfast every morning was a nice touch, and it’s everything you could want in a stay. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Great value for the price!

Coffee could a bit stronger but it is a minor detail, otherwise overwhelming pleasant experience.

Very nice rooms with great attention to detail like recyled bottles filled with water, set of mugs and plates for each guest, towels changed every day. Breakfast either inside or on the rooftop with sunny exposition with option of preparing them by ourselves. Owner asks about alergies and food preferences. Iris is very nice too! Great spot for sunrises just next to casa. Very pleasant and welcoming owner with touristic tips accuretly adapted to our needs - he can advise according variety of interests and activities in the neighbourhood like hikes, surfing, restaurants with traditional foods etc. Fully recommended.

Pillow was not comfy and only 1 which didn’t provide a great nights sleep. Extra pillows and softer would have given a 10. However is individual preference but was same for both me and my husband.

The room was small but charmy. We had problem getting room to open our luggages.

Friendly host that shared valuable information about the area, nice restaurant and beaches. Easy to park on the street outside. Okej breakfast on the roof terrace. Nice AC. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to the old town.
