We were assigned a handicap accessible room--not what we requested. When I asked to have our room changed, the front desk would not make a change. Be aware this can happen to anyone. When you book, state clearly you do not want an accessible room.

Incredible location across the street from the harbor and water sport activities; a few blocks from many winding streets filled with wonderful restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was so delicious. A lovely stay!

The pool's ladder definitely needs to be replaced.

Location was amazing - can step outside and find many options for food and activities within minutes. Added bonus of the farmers market right behind the hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

Think a fridge would be better in the room rather than a mini bar, just big enough to keep a couple of bottles of wine and a cold drink

We've often stayed here and love it but the prices have been creeping up. We worry we may be priced out of returning. Hotels nearby are not so expensive, but you pay for what you get!

The breakfast is of exceptional quality, with so much choice, there's an extensive buffet and a menu also included. The items are locally sourced and exquisitely cooked. The standard room we had this time was a good size, comfy, clean, and had great decor. The location is wonderfully placed near the marina with a short walk into the town and to the beach.

The steps getting in and out of the pool are daunting especially if you have a bad back! Drink prices are expensive. The glass door toilet and shower arrangement very strange( it wasn’t see through glass but it essentially in the bedroom not separate but we are a married couple so it didn’t spoil our stay.

Amazing location right opposite the marina. The breakfast is delicious. Roof top pool with a fabulous view. Rooms very big and stylish.

Parking is very limited and is a challenge during peak times. It’s a walk to the beach - at least 20 minutes- and lots of people. Felt very crowded.

I wasn't keen on not having a bathroom. The design of the shower did not allow for any kind of privacy and I feel this would not suit a lot of people, especially if it is family or friends.

We loved the location, roof top pool and breakfast. It was one of the best breakfasts we have experienced at a hotel. The service was fantastic and beds very comfortable.

We were quoted €340 for car hire and very easily found the same for €75. That was the only thing that didn’t seem quite right.

The crazy bathroom arrangement - the bathroom was part of the bedroom with only a flimsy curtain to divide. The toilet was in a ‘etched glass box’, though you could still see every movement! We go on many holidays, as a couple, with family and with family and their partners and there is no scenario where this arrangement would be seen in a positive light. I suspect that seeking any customer feedback prior to build was omitted.

Perfectly located looking out onto the Marina and a short walk from the old town. The breakfast was excellent and encouraged us to book for dinner one evening and we were delighted that we did. Very stylish decor with an exceptionally attentive customer service team.
