As with other European hotels, we forgot that they do not provide face clothes.

Everything was OK.

Great location - close to the ocean, bus stop, shops. We were located in an apartment in building B and have a leaving room with the kitchen annex (very well equipped), sleeping sofa and another sofa, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and loggia. There is also many wardrobes in the apartament. The apartment, the hotel, the breakfast area and the swimming pool were very clean. Eating supper on the balcony and enjoying the garden and the ocean views were great experience. The staff was professional, nice and helpful. The underground parking place was very convenient.

Maybe the gym could be slightly more modern with a sound system that you can connect your phone too, however we enjoyed using it. The restaurant could also do with some vegan options, but was glad that they had soy milk for our coffees. Thank you!

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We really loved the views, the pools and the spa treatments. The buses were super easy to catch into the city centre. We had a lovely time here, and the hotel staff organised our taxi from the airport that was super easy and then they organised our car rental, which again was super easy. Picked the car up from reception and was a lovely brand new car. Thank you!

Our room was too close to the restaurant and in the evening we could hear noise from the restaurant and sounds of entertaining music.

Lovely room with a balcony and specious bathroom. Nice outside the swimming pool area with a stunning view ! - really enjoyed it ! Really nice staff, mostly the reception team was very helpful.

The sofa in the room was SO uncomfortable we couldn't sit on it. Beds were very firm too but that was fine by us. Just worth knowing.

Breakfast hours could be slightly earlier than a 7.30 start (7am-11 perhaps) instead of 7.30-10.30. If you wish to go into town each night it is a bit far. Fitness centre equipment outdated. Kitchenette in our room but didn’t have any cutlery or plates only a couple of mugs - we asked the hotel restaurant for some and they were able to provide us with some

Stunning view of the pool/ water and hillside Decent walk into town/ old Funchal but plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby, pools and fitness centre were clean. The last day, when we should checked out at 12:00, our access cards stopped worked at about 10am already and we could not enter to hotel from water-pool area.

Modern and bright hotel. Ideally located to explore Funchal being close to the coastal path and regular buses. We were bed and breakfast but did go for some evening meals. The food was good in a buffet format. The room was big with a kitchenette behind some doors which we did not use. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning did its job although noisy on high. All in all we had a lovely time and would consider returning.

I spent 5 wonderful days in the hotel with 2 kids. We all liked a lot breakfasts , where we found different meal on our taste! Our appartment was really big with 2 rooms, super clean and nice with evetything needed inside! First few days it was windy, so we used to go to the inside swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas. My kids loved this time-spending and it was very relaxed for me as well: after all day walking to swim in warm water and to get rest. The area with outside swimming pool looks much better and bigger than on the photos and it has a wonderdull views for the ocean and nature around! Very beautiful beach wit rocks is in 5 minutes walking from the hotel!

The location was perfect. Easy to get around the island by bus or down to the promenade by foot.

The facilities - gym and swimming pool are quite old. The sauna temperature was around 60 degree, a bit low.

The breakfast could have been more variable. The vegetable and fruit choice was not very rich. The location of the hotel is great - just next to the beach, close to Funchal, close to fully equipped grocery stores.
