Had to walk up the stairs with my suitcase but it wasn’t such a problem for me. Had to lock the door with a key every time you walk in and out of the hostel.

In the night I could hear the other guests opening and closing room and bathroom doors. If you are noise sensitive, bring some ear plugs.

Very nicely decorated room and comfortable bed. It's very close to the beach and center with lots of nice restaurants, cafes and a supermarket is next door. Nicely equipped kitchen and big terrace. Friendly communication.

The apartment is below ground, which wasn't an issue for us but it is lacking ventilation and smelled damp. I also noticed some mould in the bathroom which is not surprising as there was no extractor fan. The location was good for us as I was taking part in the Half Marathon which has the starting line this side of the river. Had we been simply visiting the city, we would have been disappointed; the old city is quite a distance away and the public transport system is quite fragmented and difficult to get your head around as a tourist!

A good sized, well equipped apartment. Location was good for our purpose, which was the Half Marathon. Easy on street parking outside the apartment and only a short walk to the beach.

This is a very minor complaint...but the shower was annoying. It was a handheld nozzle which is a pain. And the shower door leaked so one ended up getting water all over the floor. But really....not a big deal. For the price and location this was a great place!

Great location. Easy free street parking right in front. But also a big beach parking lot a block or two away just in case. Free coffee in the kitchen!

There is not so many stuff we do not like. The walls are pretty thin so you can here your neighbours. There is also no AC only fan so if you are really warm and need to have the window open, the house next door likes to party pretty late so that can be annoying if you are a hard sleeper.

We came there to surf so it was very nice location to the beach but not only that, when you coming back from the beach, there is a shower outside at first floor, that make it easy for us to clean our boards, wetsuits etc. There is also lot of place to hang your wet stuff outside! Kitchen was nice, there is several kitchens in the building which made it easy for us to cook whenever we want! There is also many share toilets with shower. Another plus is that they have Netflix on the TV - free to use!

There was no such thing

It is a very nice place with a large shared kitchen and patio very close to the beach and 2 steps from a good supermarket. But the most important advantage is the staff. The guy at reception and the woman who did the cleaning helped me when I had poisoning and couldn't leave the room. They did everything they could to make sure I recovered and continued traveling. I remember this place with great warmth and gratitude.

Although the shared areas were cleaned daily, they could have been a little cleaner. Several times right after the cleaning the shower was still sandy, there was still hair on the bathroom floor or the trash can was not emptied. Also, be aware that your room does not get cleaned during your stay. The bed was very small for two people and the mattress rather uncomfortable. However, these are just minor things and overall we had a great stay.

The whole house including our room and kitchen was very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything looked exactly as described online. One bathroom was assigned to each of two rooms which worked out just fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as it was right next to a supermarket, close to a small shopping street and only a short walk to the beach.

The pillows were not so comfortable, the toilet seat was not perfectly clean when we arrived. Also it was not explicit that the apartment was below the street level, which I did not love either.

Wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful, accurate, has Patio. There is shop with products in the same location. It is really in 5 minutes walking to the beach. Good kitchen. Love this hotel modern design. Good big shower room. Nice staff.

As mentioned above regarding there being no basic supplies (coffee, tea, sugar & milk). Replacing the dishwasher is paramount for a busy property!. Booking.com has many search errors… I put air conditioning & breakfast included - sadly Costa Paradise Beach doesn’t have either. This is in no way a bad reflection on the property… it’s Booking.coms error. It would be a benefit to the property if ceiling fans were installed in all bedrooms, kitchen & dining area.

My room was very beautifully decorated & had everything I needed, including a fan on a stand, a comfortable firm bed & fluffy pillows. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out & will be even better when the dishwasher arrives. There’s a coffee pod machine, you need to bring your own pods, sugar & milk. Personally, I think these should be provided based on the rate charged! The staff are gorgeous - they joined me in eating the Calde Verde I cooked & Cida is lovely… full of energy & love of life 👍😊

The area to sit in the courtyard could be more comfortable.

Great transport sytem. The area is lovely. Beach is just magnificent. People are very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was kept very clean by a really nice lady.

Price was very high in comparison to other options in the area. Our first option cancelled on us so we booked this place as one of the only places with availability. I believe if you lower your prices to be lore reasonable then you'd have more guests. (We were the only people in the main building for a week during the Easter holidays)

The staff were amazing, there was a small issue that they worked very hard to resolve so this isn't a complaint but to show how passionate that they are about their customers and their experience We practically had the whole place to ourselves it was great I cannot spell her name but Cida who works there is an amazing lady, she went as far as to wash and iron my clothes for me and offered us condiments of her own. Those are just 2 things but she really went out of her way constantly to ensure my friend and I were happy - thank you so much

The smell of damp in the flat, the fact that it had miniscule windows despite the pictures as seem above, the difficult communication with staff (been asked for ids days after they already been sent, receiving messages about using chairs to dry clothes when other people were doing the same because there were insufficient places to put clothes to dry, being asked to close the building door every time we exit when we were carrying multiple bags out of the flat and despite the fact that one person was inside the building looking at the door so no strangers could come inside, just... Basically, not feeling very welcomed).

Top location. The bed was awesome, and the bedroom had warm light. The kitchen was nice and well fitted. Not much of a tv person, but it had netflix.
