It s a house that comes with many rooms for tourists. The owner we have never seen. The walks are very thin and you hear the neighbours and doors. Breakfast was the same two days in a row. There are some buns, one cheese,one kind of sausage, pastel de nata, milk,fruits, jam, orange juice, one can of coffee, artifical joghurt. The second day bread buns and croissants from the day before were put on the buffet again. If you come as the first you can choose a little. If you come later some things might be gone. The woman that prepared breakfast, went of after preparing. There are two cats, one of them jumped up to the ham. The door is always open, so they can come in. If no one is there,they steal food. Not hygienic at all!

Nice location with a garden and small pool. Check in was easy and flexible. Huge parking spot directly at the location (for free). They had room service (whiping floor and doing the bed)

Everything was good

This property is excluded from the main city center but still very close to it so just a 2 min drive from main center. Lagos is a very small town. The property has all basic amenities for a short or a long stay. Parking is inside the building too

The water in the sink took a long time to drain

Good communication with the host via Whatsapp, He was very friendly For the price we paid we also got breakfast! There is a shared livingroom, garden and pool area If you are traveling with a car this place is perfect

The only thing I didn't like was reviews of previous travellers that at first made me hesitate to book. I'm not sure if the owners deserve that as property was well-maintained and everything was above expectations.

Great outside area with a pool and nice views, plenty of parking space, easy navigation and communication and few minutes drive to Lagos centre. We stayed only one night as we were doing a trip along the coast, but we could easily spend more time there. The value was great as we booked the day before.

It's a pity we didn't had fresh ornage juice but from a bottle. All the rest was amazing.

This place is just unbelievable. Just 2km outside the city, so quiet, with a beautiful garden and swimmingpool. The rooms are so beautifull and clean, it felt like coming home. You have a common living room, so nice also. Each room has it's own terrace. They told us a free parking for the center of Lagos, just two streets from the center, that was so easy. Thank you for this excellent stay. I can highly recommend this place.

slippery marble step down perhaps a strip of skid resistance material could avoid an accident. I did slip and fell and bruised my ankle but luckily no breaks

located away from the chaos of the city but close to town. Nice quiet location with relaxing pool and surroundings. Nice to have a kitchen where you can fix something to eat if you do not want to go out for dinner

Instructions. Very misleading first message in Portuguese. And no communication via Booking app. I didn't expect to find another message in WhatsApp, since I don't use it. So make sure to check. But an answer to Booking.com would have been really nice. And as other mentioned, really thin walls. If you do t have a car, that's also not the best location. :)

Clean room, breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Everything you may need for a short or longer stay was there. Overall, we are happy with the choice. :)

Couldn't get into the room. Had to call the owner. Instructions which were sended for entrring the room were not right. Found sigarets in the ashtray when we arrived. A rotten orange in the kitchen. Owner didn't react very friendly when i called him.

you can feel fungus smell in the room and you can find it on curtains (black dots) Its quite distant from city, double check if 30 min walk from center is OK for you

Looks pretty new area is nice, close to nature breakfast is OK, but no vegetables served cleaning is done meticulous except of fungus (details below)

Very quiet and relaxing property. A little ways from the centre of Lagos but a short drive. Everything was great in the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The visit from the neighbours friendly cat every morning put a smile on your face!

Wouldnt say that i didn't like but rather things that could be improved. The bath gel/shampoo was not great or enough where for the value paid i would suggest to invest a bit more or just inform this is not provided so people can take/buy. As mentioned, while breakfast was good quality, it was limited in terms of options and for people who stay more days they may like to eat something different. I never saw staff, which wasn't a big issue to an extent but i couldnt ask for more shampoo/gel, change towels or any other queries i could have. There was no information on the room such as a brochure with breakfast times, check-out etc, who to call if needed. I understand some of this info is on the website, but it would be good to have some standard brochures with some generic information.

Breakfast was good quality, Location was good since it was in a quiet area but 5 min away (by car) from the center where lots of food/drink options were available. House was modern and well taken care of. Pool was great.
