the balcony is very small and impractical - you cannot sit or use it for else then a quick smoke standing. it would have been nice if there was a washing machine.

The place is very new and modern. it is very close to a metro station which makes it very easy to move around, but also a nice 15-20 min walk to the old town. the flat had a nice kitchen area with coffee machine and other small useful appliances and a fridge - all you need for a few days stay. the place was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was very big and nice, the bedroom was spacious with enough space to put your bags, the bed was very comfortable and we really managed to get good sleep there. There was an elevator in the building which makes it easier to get your bags to the flat. the tv allowed for casting from other devices or logging into your own streaming services - really cool. I really recommend this place!

It was noisy at night in the bedroom with the velux windows open but when closed and the air conditioning on we couldn’t hear the traffic.

Only one thing is hot water becomes empty only by using dish washer. We must use cold shower for one night… If the capacity is not enough, it would be great to inform at check in time.

Fridge and boiler is in the same space where you sleep and operates super loud. I manually unplugged them for the night to have no noise coming from the compartent. Other than this, nothing else to mention.

Super new and modern accomodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Super quite in the middle of the city, close to the metro so was nice to come back for short naps even mid day. It was being renovated while we were there, but couldn't really hear anything, which was a big plus.

The water pressure is quite low, I was forced to use the smaller shower head, which I had to hold in my hand the whole time.

Fantastic property. Clean, modern and spacious with a great balcony. Super location too. Only a 20-25 minute walk to the centre (or a quick, cheap Uber ride back when the legs are tired). The staff were super friendly and helpful, by making the check in/out process simple and giving some great recommendations.

Bed, comfortable at first, on the firm side after nine days. Electric cabling peculiar. One of the bedside lights only worked when the room light was on, and the switch was at the other side of the room!

Location was not ideal. Not bad, but definitely not one of the better areas of Porto. City centre is walkable however from the apartment.

although it's extremely close to the metro station it is not in the city centre...you need to walk around 15 minutes to the City Hall and much more to Ponte de Ferro. they could have informed a little bit more clearly about the deposit required.

fantastic location, literally 15 seconds from the metro station. apartment was spacious, nicely designed. there is a reception! and host was really helpful. bed and pillows were really, really comfy. highly recommended.

Lovely apartment with double bed and pull out couch for 3 adults, good location for better value than paying to stay in centre. 10-15 min walk to streets with restaurants/bars and further 10-15 walk to Ribeira area by the river. Hilly area but manageable and metro near if you need it. ear plugs left for us but didn’t need them we didn’t find it noisy at all. perfect for weekend city break

Front building door code entry system is not working properly. We were given one regular key for entering, but it is complicated if there are several people coming back at different times to have just one key. But this is just a minor thing as everything else was perfect.

Good location, great facilities. All that we needed was there. Catarina the host was super helpful and kind. Provided extra effort to explain all the details about the facilities and tips of Porto.

Location: quite far away from the center of the city to walk (and the city is very hilly!), though metro and bus each a minute walk away. Stayed for 7 days - no cleaning, no clean towels. Coffee capsules only on entry - when asked for a few new once the girl at the reception refused to provide… rather strange hospitality…

A superb apartment, in a lovely and quiet location not far from Porto city centre. We loved our time here and would recommend to all - close to the subway, close enough to walk to the city, quiet neighbourhood and the finish and interior design is truly beautiful.

It would be helpful to have an extra key as when you go out and take the card the lights etc go off. If one person goes out they need to take the key. Alternatively information on how to use the doorbell would work too.

A couple of things that were disturbing are that we were woken up by people coming in and out of the building. The front door was really load when shuttered. Also, one of us took a 10min shower with warm water and when the other one tried to take a shower few minutes later, there was no more warm water. This should not happen at all, specially because we did not consume 100 liters on the first shower.

We loved staying here! The experience was great and, even though it’s a ground floor facing the street, you can barely hear anything inside.

The price and room should include new towels and emptying of trash, at least every few days, and not charge for it. Have stayed in 4 other ALs within past year - all exchanged towels, did periodic cleaning. Especially for 10 day stays or more. And two of the ALs I stayed in of equal or lower price, were new, very nice, closer to center of town, and routinely did daily cleaning, trash and towels. I question the value since soon the prices will just about double for the summer season. The prior place I stayed is only 10% for June than March.
