You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Quirky room, modernised where it mattered, e.g. bathroom, but otherwise preserved and repainted in period colours. The service from the staff was excellent and the food was good (all at the sister establishment). Overall a good experience.

Breakfast was in a near by restaurant. Very nice, local atmosphere and music. Everything available except vegetables. More than wide range of teas and coffee, and chocolate. It was very big breakfast for me!

BelgiumVery friendly stuff of the hotel Herberg De Natte Pij. Location is easy to find. Free parking in the street in Groede centrum. Family studio "Marianne 19" is superb for a stay with small kids. They absolutely enjoyed sleeping on a mezzanine. The kitchenette allows to have a private breakfast in the room or make a meal to take away for a picknick during biking day. Just what we needed! Groede is very charming, traditional bakery around the corner. We'd love to come back.

BelgiumSingle beds were quite narrow. We didn't take the breakfast as we did in the past because we consider the rate for children was too expensive. 10 EUR for a kid of 2.5 years... Sound isolation its not the best
We have been in this hotel several times. We love the village and the location. Given the current rates in Holland for hotels the price its not bad. Wifi was good in our room and heater was working very good
