This is a fantastic home away from home. With big windows and a very comfortable atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and the attention to detail is outstanding.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The bed, though functional, didn't provide the level of comfort I expected. It is 2 single beds pushed together, so we kept falling into the middle, as the 2 beds seperated throughout the night. A double mattress or topper would make a big difference and make me want to stay longer. The TV also fell short of expectations as it is very small but that's down to personal taste. I think that some lighting out the back would make it more inviting during the evenings. Additionally, larger towels would have enhanced the overall comfort of the stay as I'm on the larger size and found the towels a bit too small. A notable absence was a dryer, which would have been convenient (though there was a clothes horse for hanging), and a freezer was also missing, limiting options for storing frozen items. Addressing these points would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Delft, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room size was perfect, providing a spacious and comfortable environment. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave, toaster & kettle, made cooking just like you would at home. One of the highlights was the delightful touch of plants throughout the apartment, creating a vibrant and homey atmosphere. The presence of a patio added an extra charm, offering a tranquil retreat within the bustling Delft center. The complimentary use of a washing machine was a convenient and thoughtful addition. It truly felt like a home away from home. What sets this apartment apart is its prime location; right in the heart of Delft center, and yet it manages to create a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for a delightful stay in Delft. Looking forward to coming back again.

Everythink was just perfect: apartement is very quiet and very close to Delft station and city center, design (even fresh flowers on the table), very comfortable beds, top bathroom, nice kitchen. We really enjoyed it very much. Thank you Annelies for the nice conversation.

Really nice apartment in a great location of Delft. Walkable from the station and quick into the center. The apartment was clean and you have a full kitchen and fridge to use whilst there.

For my feeling, the bed was a little too soft. But besides that everything was perfect.

The appartment is amazing, it is spacious and perfectly located. The center is 5 minutes aways and the university by foot around 30 minutes. The host was very friendly and helped with all issues that I had.

Full kitchen with dishes etcetera was nice. Private patio. Only 300M to train station and 600M to main square. Clean and well appointed, Accommodating hosts. Nice to escape from busy Amsterdam.

Lobby is kind of a warehouse. It would be nice if it is like rooms.

Havenstraat5 it's a wonderful two (large) rooms apartment full of light, quiet and with a private garden. It's part of the 'history' of my family, because we've been going there since years. And this answers to all the questions! For us it's really home. In Dutch: super-gezellig! The host Annelies always welcome you, and she is so kind. Furthermore, the main entrance to the apartment is a surprise full of atmosphere... but I'm not going to reveal here why!

Great apartment, close enough to walk to the center, but quiet enough to get some rest! Check in was easy, the place was spotless, and we had everything needed if we wanted to prepare a meal.

Super clean, spacious and cozy little apartment, located just 3min on foot from the Delft train station. Annelies was a wonderful host who even offered us some wine as a welcome gift. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and cozy. Very nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The location is perfect next to the train, metro and bus. I definitely recommend this place!

WiFi connection wasn't the best. We had to restart the router over and over again.

No breakfast included. With a well equipped kitchen you simply do you grocery shopping close by in the Spar. Then you prepare the breakfast you'd like for yourself.
