Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaBed felt hard as a board.
Nice location, close to Akasaka and Akasaka-mtisuke. Reception was very nice and helpful. Room was a decent size as a solo traveler with 1 backpack and 1 carry-on suitcase.

GermanyVery tiny room (as most Japanese hotel rooms) which I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays as it gets complicated without a wardrobe
Very nice staff, comfortable beds and all the necessities provided. It also has a public bath and you can choose your pillows Convenient and easy to access

New Zealandnone.
It’s near to two train stations. Has a 7/11 downstairs. And close to food shops. I stayed in the ladies room which has a hairdryer, straighter/curler and massager that you can use for the back and legs. they also provide skincare at check-in. you can have the option to have your room cleaned everyday or not. If you just request for dry towels, just place the used towels in a bag that is in the bathroom and hang it outside the room. Once your back, there is already fresh towels hanging at the door with a new bottled water.

United KingdomPin access. I would easily lose the PIN code for the Spa and Room. 2 different lifts to get to rooms and a very long wait for them. Very early check out.
Location was prefect only 6 mins walk to station and easily connected to get to key tourist spots. One hidden gem is that its near a Hie Shrine so you can get those picture of the red Tori gates without travelling to Kyoto.

United Arab EmiratesOnly 1 small water bottle is free. Cost of Breakfast is too costly for the menu options.
It was too late that I found out thar reception services are not avail from 12midnight. Takino who was on duty during our check-in has waited for us despite arriving beyond 12 midnight. We really appreciated his gesture. The other 3 Filipina receptionist were also very helpful and assisted us a lot during our stay. There is free cocktail from 6pm-8pm which is available for guests. The dining and balcony area provide cozy atmosphere.

United KingdomRoom is quite compact although not an issue for me as a solo traveller who is on the smaller side.
Great location. 5 minutes from Akasaka Mitsuke Station which is on the Maranouchi line and 4/5 stops away from Tokyo Station. 7 eleven right next door. Plenty of food places near by. Fantastic amenities (supplied hairdryer is impressive) including onsen. Cleaning restricted depending on number of nights although preferred to me as can return to room whenever. Supplied clean towels everyday and bags for trash. Check out is not required you can just leave.

United States of AmericaThe bunk bed that came with our room's double bed had a very thin mattress and was rather uncomfortable. The bunk bed should have at least two mattress piles on top of another. The space between the door and the toilet is quite narrow, so if you're big in body size, you may have to either open the bathroom door or keep an uncomfortable position when using the toilet.
The lobby floor has an onsen available for free to those who stay here. This is a very strong pro that practically outweighs all cons. The onsen isn't too crowded and is very quiet, making it the perfect location for relaxation after a long day of walking and sightseeing. It will, without doubt, relieve all the physical pain and tiredness. This establishment also provides laundry for just 100yen with FREE dryer. Very convenient and helpful for guests staying here.

Convenient location near both Akasaka subway stations, with 7-eleven just downstairs. Free drinks in the evening and public bath (women and men have separate times) available, which is nice. Great amenities, which are eco-friendly and healthy. Overall great 6-night stay in Tokyo!

JapanNothing in particular. The rooms were a bit small but pretty much what we expected for Japanese standards. Can get a little lively outside at night but not so much that it will bother your sleep.
The overall vibe of the hotel was amazing, especially the lobby/common area. The onsen was nice as well. The area was great as well, a lot of good restaurants and very near major train lines like the Ginza line, so going to the major areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza was not a problem.

SingaporeBreakfast : if you prefer to have a healthy breakfast then you can book with breakfast. Their breakfast is just a healthy milkshake/salad bar/ breads / coffee machine and soup selection. Everyday is the same. It is better to eat outside because you will have to make sure you can wake up early to catch their breakfast end at 9.30am jp time.
Highly recommended : 1) location : easy access to metro and it is very near to metro station or JR line. (about 5mins or lesser) only one or three stops to shibuya and shinjuku station. 7/11 just beside the hotel and it did safe me a lot on first day arrive at midnight. Near to Harry Potter Cafe too. 2) it is plus point to have FOC onsen for us. I really enjoy the onsen especially after a long day walking. Never regret to choose this hotel with onsen. Nearby also have a lot of massage place either Taiwanese massage or Thai massage just a few mins walk if you can't do onsen. 3) staffs : they were prompt reply to all my questions before I confirm to take this hotel. They even give me a clear instructions how I can reach the hotel at midnight time and save a lot of money by follow their instructions. I didn't manage to book the private taxi and I thought it can ask around at the airport but no staffs for the midnight time. Hence I try to follow instructions given by the hotel staff and manage to reach the hotel with reasonable price. All Japanese staffs are courteous and friendly. Although they are not well in English but is not a big issue for me coz anytime can use phone translate. 4) cleanliness : I saw some comments said is not clean but I'm not sure is it because I was staying for 7 days so they did very well for cleaning service. Just take note that u must put the magnetic sign stick on ur door before 12pm (better for them to arrange) so that they know is required to clean your room. 5) room facilities : I can find everything that I need. They r very considerate on most of the guests requests. I'm on solo trip and with one luggage but last day bought another luggage and still can fit into the room and got small space to walk. Bathroom is very small but it doesn't matter because can go onsen room to shower.
