Beds and pillows aren’t very comfortable and breakfast buffet could have more time flexibility as it’s too short (7:30 to 9:00am).

Very close to main train station but still not too noisy. Bedrooms are very small but clean and pleasant for a few nights. Shower is good and bathroom clean. It was great to have bikes provided by the hotel to explore the city. Very handy!

The rooms were very basic but for the price we paid, this didn't bother us. The bed was a bit too soft and there was no laundry facility in the hotel complex.

The hotel was so close to Matsumoto station and some great eating spots. Worth the stay for the convenience to the station alone. The staff were friendly and were able to store our luggage until check in time. The price was excellent. I would stay here again.

The location was great as it was close to the train station, super market & restaurants. Beds were comfortable and staff we very friendly and helpful. They also had free bicycles that we borrowed each day that allowed us to explore further than we could have on foot.

Friendly staff! Accommodating! Free-use bicycles (first come first served)! Great location on the quiet side of the station, close to main attractions, microbreweries, the castle, and historic streets. Also the shower water pressure could strip the skin off an elephant! Adjust according :)

Dated design. There is mould under the bathtub, which i guess is quite normal, but bothered me as the bathtub was a bit misaligned and i could see it.

Great location, next to Matsumoto station. Great view of the mountains from my fifth floor room. Restaurants within walking distance. One of the larger hotel rooms I’ve had in Japan. Hot shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. a special thank you to the cleaning staff, who always greeting friendly and helped, when I locked myself out of the room. The location is great. You can see the hotel from the train station and it’s really just a couple of meters. We had a beautiful Mountain View from our room. The breakfast was fine with many options. I especially liked the apple juice.

I like the location, literally across from the station and close to Nippon rent a car. Also, the staff were nice, they tried to speak English and the receptionist had a translating device. I like the bathroom size seems recently renobated, but the furnitire in the room is dated and pillows were tough/hard. Breakfast tasted great!
