The location was perfect. Quiet, relaxing, and only 5 minutes walk from Malcesine centre. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and oozed quality. I would definitely recommend it, and I will be returning

There was not anything I dont like.

Hotel is near Malcinese restaurants and beach. Facilities are exellent. Both swimming pools was very relaxing and comfort. Breakfast is healthy and tasty. Staff is professional and helpful.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel is adult only as it offered a very relaxed stay. While I liked this it may not appeal to everyone.

Two heated out door pools one with jacuzzi jets. A fantastic gym facility and spa options such as sauna and indoor jacuzzi. They also have a resident trained masseur offering massage treatments. The staff were all super efficient and very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented and situated very close to the centre of Malcesine.

The walk back from the town centre is a bit of a slog. Bathroom just a bit on the small side

Honestly? It was a pretty perfect stay. One of the pools was undergoing maintenance and wasn't available but it did not affect us at all since there is another (nicer) pool and entire spa to enjoy in the meantime.

Absolutely spectacular food at all times of day, easily some of the best meals of my life. The location is fantastic and the rooms are all very well maintained. The spa facilities are absolutely fantastic.

Everything!! This place is a real treat. We initially booked one night but extended our stay to two. The pool is beautiful and is heated to 28 degrees. The wellness area with saunas, steam room and Jacuzzi is amazing. It was overcast one day and we spent a few hours in here totally relaxing. The breakfast is amazing with such a great choice and fresh omelettes made by the chef Conrad. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. My partner bought a watch that was on display and the manager sent him to his friend’s shop to have it fitted to size.

Splendid location, great exeroence!

No air conditioning working at the time we stayed - only heating. For most people there that was fine but for us brits, used to normal UK temps, the ability to cool our room down would still have been helpful!

Location great and the staff were superb - always going the extra mile. Examples include getting us a beer when we just arrived (just gone midnight Italy time but a little after 11pm UK) even though the hotel bar had closed and the staff member had had to wait up for us to arrive. Another was the fact I left my iPad behind accidentally. The manager rang when we were half way to Verona for the last few nights of our stay but we couldn’t turn back as I had to return a hire car to a deadline. The manager arranged for a taxi driver who was picking another couple up at Verona station to bring me the iPad in that city. Well beyond the call of duty! Also we liked that the drinks were not over priced and the evening meal we ate there was nice. The outdoor pool was heated so could be used even though we were there last week in October. And the hotel breakfast was very good - lots of choice and personal omelete making! 👍🏼

Everything! Lovely room with lake view, food was excellent and good value, staff were charming and very helpful. Pool areas also lovely to relax. Couldn’t fault the hotel or location. Looking forward to returning!

It would have been good to have something for breakfast if leaving at 6.00 am especially as breakfast had been paid for. A small coffee machine in the bar would have helped. Kind Regards Tony Babington

Super clean and spacious. The Room we had was the romantic suite which had so much space and it’s own private part outside with chairs and a lounger. The wellness part of the hotel was clean and really helped you to relax

During our stay it was extremely hot. Due to the placement of the air conditioning we struggled to sleep a few nights due to the placement in the room, it resulted in the room being quite stuffy. Room would have been even better if there was a kettle.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Upon arrival we were escorted to our room and shown around. Breakfast was lovely. Lots to choose from and not very busy compared to other hotels we have stayed in previously. Room was clean and we had a wonderful view of the lake amd mountains. Facilities were fantastic. Outside pool is a good size and sunbeds were comfortable. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to the centre of malcesnie. The walk was quite pleasant. The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful at night.
