We booked a room at Villa Toto at literally the last minute and am so glad we did. The place is amazing. So peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views of the sea from the infinity pool. So close to the beautiful town with so many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. If we had more time we would have stayed longer. The staff is as good as it gets. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. From a scale of 1-10, Villa Toto gets an 11! Do not hesitate in an instant to stay at this gorgeous little boutique hotel.

Room cleaning during the stay is not thorough, not very hygienic and can do with some improvement - wipe wet every day including corners, bathroom and shower walls. Breakfast area should not be considered as a dog toilet - even though, or maybe because we are dog persons, we consider it highly unhygienic to have dog excrements next to the breakfast table. It happened twice in 5 days, we pointed it out there and am sure that little Jimmy will be trained to spare this part of the property

The two ladies in charge of breakfast and the poolside bar went over and beyond fantastic service. Reception was friendly and welcoming, I was allowed to take two of these fantastic organically grown lemons home this morning. Room was spacious, air on worked well, shower was powerful. A little more privacy with the bathroom facilities would have been nice. The washing basin was next to the bed and the toilet only had a glass door with a gap. The bath tub was on a decking I’m the bedroom which was a nuce gadget, even though we did not use it. The pool area is nice, enough sunbeds and umbrellas, clean enough, quiet and lovely views in a lovely garden. Parking is available safely on site. Old town is in walking distance (15-20 min), but shuttle is offered by hotel. All in all, highly recommendable.

Beautifully stylish and relaxing hotel up in the hills with a gorgeous pool and gardens/terraces and fantastic staff. Walkable down into Cefalu (10 mins) and just about walkable back at night (up hill, hard in the heat). But during the day when it's hot you can just summon their TukTuk to come and pick you up. A great service. This is the best hotel we stayed in across our holiday in Sicily. Highly recommended.

I literally can't really comment on anything I didn't really like.

Stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and had a really nice time! Staff were welcoming and friendly the whole time. The resort is beautiful. It offers really nice views of the mountains and sea, and is just perfect if you want to lounge around by the pool in the daytime. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Drinks at the bar were very nice, and we had lunch by the pool almost every day - the menu is simple, but it is exactly the type of food I like! The rooms were lovely and clean and had literally no complaints about it. Air conditioning was very cold when needed, TV was great and had Netflix etc (we had one rainy morning) The Tuk Tuk taxi down to the main town and back was a very nice touch also! A simple WhatsApp message and almost immediate reply, and you could jump in the tuk tuk and be in the main town in less than 5 minutes! My only comment would be to make sure that if you book this resort, you are aware of the walk back up the hill - it is a steep one! We would certainly love to come and stay at Villa Toto again and hope we can in the future 😀

Villa Toto was perfectly located for us - allowing for ease of parking with close proximity to the Cefalù old town. The hotel offers a shuttle service or it’s a 15 minute steep downhill walk. Note that the shuttle service ends at 19:00 so it’s a steep walk back up the hill after dinner - which was fine for us but some may prefer a taxi home. It’s a small property so not overcrowded and access to lovely pool / bar area and terrace. Rooms were good size , clean and well equipped.

Just the perfect setting away from the hustle and bustle of Cefalù centre. The room was comfortable and the pool area beautiful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and is taken outside on a pretty patio area. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. They offer a free Ape (Italian tuk tuk) to drop you off in the centre. Would highly recommend

The people above us moved furniture, flushed the WC regularly and had a few telephone conversions with friends, with which we could hear clearly..

Clean and comfortable with great facilities. Breakfast on the patio with great views. Very happy to recommend and would stay again, asking for a top floor room.

The only hitch for us was the bed situation- with one side so close to the floor it was difficult to get up. I would also recommend a table in the bathroom to place toiletries, and hooks for clothing.

Super friendly staff! Quiet spot with nice pool area and views. We had a very nice lunch by the pool. Breakfast was typically Italian, mostly sweet but with ample choice. Very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to Cefalu but they also provide a cool Ape transfer service until early evening.

Not the biggest variety of foods for breakfast. No gym. Walking back late when transport is not available can be demanding as the property is on a steep hill. Having a car helps.

Villa Toto is 10/10, it’s absolutely stunning. Amazing staff who are so so helpful. The town isn’t too far but they have a little car which they will drop you to town in. We did walk home one night and it was not too bad (it’s a big hill!). Food by the pool is beautiful as are the cocktails!

We could hear people in other rooms from our room, lots of english seemed to be staying there, pool had a lot of chlorine in, it is a 15 minute walk into the centre and up a steep hill. There is a shuttle but it stops at 7pm, we never used it.

Brand new Hotel, facilities were great, very comfortable room and bed. Staff were great and very friendly.
